Having visited Madras Dosa Company in Cambridge multiple times, I felt compelled to share my experience. Undoubtedly, their dosa stands out as one of the best available in Boston. The coconut chutney is impeccably prepared, meeting my high standards. From vada to chaats and pav bhaji, every item I tried was exceptionally delicious. Despite their use of a machine, the coffee closely resembles a typical Madras filter coffee. The only downside is the limited seating due to the small size of the establishment, often resulting in a wait for a table. However, the presence of a nearby parking garage adds convenience. It would enhance the experience further if management could offer free parking with validation. In summary, Madras Dosa Company is a superb option for authentic South Indian cuisine, primarily focusing on dosa, idly, and chaats. Highly recommended for those yearning for genuine southern flavors.

FOOD IS DELICIOUS AND A 10/10, I would literally recommend trying anything and everything on the menu. The minus 2 stars are for the hygiene, the girl on the counter who takes your order, wears the same pair of gloves through adding your order on the ipad, to preparing the chaat and cleaning the tables with disinfectants/cleaning solutions, and then repeat, feels unsafe to consume the food at times. If they try to change that part, I will give this place a 5/5.

I was a bit confused when I first walked in because I didn't know what the dosa came with already and what a dosa is typically filled with. So I just went with their recommendations of onions, potatoes, cheese, and chicken. It was very delicious. Not cheap though but I will say that the dosa is large which offsets the expensive cost. The three sauces are all delicious but I have no idea what each of the three sauces are. All have some sort of spice and one of the red sauces was very thick and sweet which I enjoyed. The dosa itself has a soft outer layer and a flavorful interior. Will definitely be back again because it tasted great!
Great little hole in the wall spot. Think Mexican delivery but with Indian flavors. Order at the counter and take out or maybe find a table (maybe room for 14 people to sit). Food was flavorful and satisfying. We ordered a dosa (think fried burrito) with lamb, spicy potato and paneer. It was good. We also got the aloo tikki chaat which was delicious! If you are looking for a new spin on Indian, or at least how it's delivered, I recommend.
