Having visited Madras Dosa Company in Cambridge multiple times, I felt compelled to share my experience. Undoubtedly, their dosa stands out as one of the best available in Boston. The coconut chutney is impeccably prepared, meeting my high standards. From vada to chaats and pav bhaji, every item I tried was exceptionally delicious. A group of about 30 of us came in around 1:30am and we were treated with excellent food and service! 10/10 would recommend, the chaat is *chef’s kiss*Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian, Madras has great options and is always delicious!

some of the best indian food i've had in a really long time. i don't know what spice blend they put on their samosas, but my mouth is watering just thinking about it. excited to go back sometime soon
