Called yesterday for an appointment and was able to get it for the following morning! Tyrone and Kevin inspected and cleaned my chimney. They arrived within the block of time and were very professional and polite. Tyrone explained why the 4 walls needed to be replaced along with the rusted cap. He showed me the picture of the rusted cap. He called and arranged for the next appointment. They also put a tarp down and cleaned the area before leaving.

Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a chimney sweep. I was expecting the sweep to cost a lot more due to the physical effort and time needed to fix the damper and because of the big cleaning job but he barely asked for much more, so we offered more and still thought it was a very reasonable price.

He advised me that the chimney breast on roof was in need of a repair. He showed me a video regarding the smoke escaping from the chimney breast.
