They employ one person and the order delivery time is very long. When I went to pick up my order I waited 25 minutes. Even though I placed my order in advance, when I went to pick it up, waiting 25 minutes was too long. One person works and the service is very bad. The service was great! We were in and out within the hour - so perfect for Harvard Square’s 1hr parking.The food was okay, a bit bland - they could have used a bit more chili/mirchu less garam masala. The non veg thali didn’t have a daal with it. And not sure if it was because we were rushing, but we didn’t get the dessert included in the non veg thali.

Ordered tikka masala and samosas food is less oily and delicious.
I recently visited this place on my friend's suggestion. I ordered Chicken Samosa and Butter Paneer Masala and it was really amazing. The food quality is really tasty and the service is wonderful as well. It's a must try!Vegetarian options: I had Paneer Butter Masala which was really authentic.Dietary restrictions: The chef is very polite and considerate when it comes to dietary restrictions. He also considers the spice levels as per requirement.

Pretty good food at a peaceful location. Its menu is quite large, but almost too much choice. They call themselves Punjab Express - so we were a little bit skeptical about the South Indian faire that some in our party was hoping for. However, it exceeded our expectations with the Masala dosa, idli, etc. in the sampler. There is no buffet as advertised, and we were wondering how that would be given that it was a Sunday. It was very quiet- with just one other large party and one other small party so service was very speedy and polite. Had been discouraged by some other reviews but the South Indian dishes were pretty good - dosa a little overdone. The North and East Indian curries were had were okay, but the Bindhi masala not the best we've every had.
