The slowest Starbucks; revolving door always new employees constantly. No one knows what they're doing and the new manager doesn't help at all. Manager keeps blaming his staff instead of realizing its his management that sucks.

the baristas were very mean, they got my order wrong and were very rude when I asked them about it. I wouldn't go here if you care about customer service like me.

Every time I come here it seems like none of the workers know what they are doing, more times than not they get my order wrong. Today, I waited 30 minutes to get 2 coffees. From someone who has worked in this industry, I have never experienced such incompetence.

Very friendly staff and right inside the hotel. Can’t be more convenient than this. Place closes at 8pm. Great costumer service and good drinks .

I’ve lived in the area for three years, for the last year this location has gone downhill. Every single time I order from here, my drink is made incorrectly. I’d highly suggest the district manager invest some money into properly training the staff here, and based on what I’ve seen from other DM’s I’d also suggest treating your baristas with more respect. Micro-managing doesn’t work and leads to high turnover rates, further perpetuating these issues. I know they’re likely overworked and undertrained, so I am placing my blame on management. Do better Starbucks.

I only came here for my morning coffee because McDonald’s was opening late!!!! I probably should have waited because this location is the SLOWEST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Honestly how long does it take to make a latte????I was late for work!!! If you want to grab a quick cup of coffee your better off going to Dunkin’ Donuts!!

Mobile orders are never ready on time; usually 20-30 min after the stated time. Baristas are always goofing off and loud. Not a positive experience as a customer or former Starbucks Barista. Standards should be looked into at this location.

The morning shift on 7/26/23 was either still sleeping but either way they lack customer service skills!! Ordered ahead & had to wait because the barista wanted to chit chat while making drinks but clearly she couldn't multitask because it took her 15 min to make my drink while she was talking, mind you the store was EMPTY but the icing on the cake was she wasn't even calling out any of the names on the drink or sitting them where online orders go. I literally asked her was my drink ready & she gave me my drink but her hospitality was very cold, I had to shout "Thank you" twice, like at the end of the day no customer should stop you from being polite it's also apart of your job...

Surprisingly slow for a Starbucks, always a little bit of a mess. I did a mobile order today. After heading to the location, I waited 15 minutes (25+ minutes since ordering). They were clearly busy and understaffed so I felt bad interrupting to see what was happening with my order. That's when they gathered the parts that were ready (coffee full of melted ice and a dry scone) and said they might not be able to make the sandwiches because they didn't have ingredients. I had to ask them for a refund for the sandwiches because I was in a hurry and hungry. They walked away without saying anything or confirming the refund.Now we're on the customer support chat waiting for an agent to be available while the chat window keeps timing out and closing to get our money back.

Something was off with my Starbucks order from this particular location.I usually get the same order every Starbucks I go. It's pretty simple, an iced coffee, with a few additions here and there (e.g. splash of cream, skim milk, sugar-free Vanilla etc). However, I felt the quality of coffee here was seriously off. Also, the bathrooms are shared with the hotel that this Starbucks is in and the sinks and soap dispensers BARELY work so do NOT go. However, it is a nice and spacious area if you want to sit and do work, really cozy vibes.
