Something was off with my Starbucks order from this particular location.I usually get the same order every Starbucks I go. It's pretty simple, an iced coffee, with a few additions here and there (e.g. splash of cream, skim milk, sugar-free Vanilla etc). However, I felt the quality of coffee here was seriously off. I have had nothing but great experience every time. The workers are amazing always kind and courteous. It's tough out there with staff but they got great ones who are doing double duty and not enough credit for it. So thank you

I’ve lived in the area for three years, for the last year this location has gone downhill. Every single time I order from here, my drink is made incorrectly. I’d highly suggest the district manager invest some money into properly training the staff here, and based on what I’ve seen from other DM’s I’d also suggest treating your baristas with more respect.
