“This is a newer store in the Playa family so there’s a learning curve for some of the kids. But they are super friendly, courteous & apologetic. The service is still Fantastic as is the food!!Parking: There’s Great (free) parking right in front of the store, across the street as well as a very good size lot right beside the building the store is located in. They do have 2 handicap spots as well!!“

“Love Playa Bowl, but dislike that the last few times I’ve ordered, I’m missing a topping I’ve paid for - it’s hard for the person picking up my online order to confirm if it’s made correctly since sometimes the PB is on top, and sometimes it’s under the fruit. Hopefully I will be able to place online orders and get get it in full. I would Love if the next time that I purchase more than one custom bowl they are made correctly.“

“I stopped by one afternoon after going to the gym and wanted to enjoy something refreshing. I decided to go with a mixed bowl, with half pitaya base and half mango. I personally love pitaya and I now have a love for the mango base. I was not sure if getting two bases in one bowl already had specific toppings but I added the fruits and nutella that I wanted. When I received the bowl, I noticed it had toppings that I did not order such as the walnuts, chocolate, and peanut butter. I had been wondering why my bowl came up to $20+ but I did not want to make an issue out of it. I enjoyed my bowl but in the back of my mind, I was wondering how badly the extra surprise toppings could affect someone who may be allergic to say, the peanut butter, or walnuts?“

“My go to place for nutritional teas and shakes. My only complain is wish they would serve protein waffles, and other healthy snack options. I wish they would add a vegan whipped cream or something to make it look dazzled. Those are my old suggestions other than that great establishment.“

The customer service I have received during the process of ordering and picking up was top tier! I’m a new customer and the process was smooth and all my questions/concerns were promptly addressed! Normally, I order online and decided to search for someone local and to support my community. StarLife was literally the first to pop up in my google search and definitely local which was a plus! No exaggeration, the Seamoss is sooo good (and I’ve tried plenty other brands). The consistency/texture is smooth and the taste is everything!!! You can tell the seamoss was throughly cleaned. The jar was cold upon pickup, so I know it was properly stored. I literally can eat it by itself (which is what I intended on doing, but that was dependent on the taste)! It also has a special ingredient (which caught me off guard) that I feel sets them apart from other brands adding to the vitamins/nutrients the seamoss already naturally provides! Upon looking up that ingredient this Seamoss is definitely a WIN!! Great job Starlife!!! I will be back from my April Jar!!!Ps! So, for about two weeks now, I’ve had muscle and nerve pain in my neck/shoulder. I’ve been taking pharmaceuticals (yeah I know I know lol) but it’s only been suppressing the pain (as we know smh) and it’ll hurt again. I literally took 3 teaspoons of this seamoss and I can legit turn my neck in a way I couldn’t before AND the pain has been gradually subsiding. I made sure to take the seamoss on an empty stomach. Deep down I knew the seamoss would do the trick because of the benefits alone but I didn’t know it would relieve my pain and have me feeling better this quickly!! Not only are the drinks top shelf, the service is bar none! Ricky and Emily are the most welcoming, LOVELY human beings who treat their customers like family— a rarity in any business these days… I look forward to each and every visit and always leave feeling excited to start my day. The drinks are delicious and most importantly, CONSISTENT… also a rarity these days! “Ordered two bowls and two wraps online for pick-up, all were excellent. My only critique is that the items weren't labeled and both the bowls and wraps looked similar. In the end, the wraps got mixed up which we feel could have been easily prevented if the items were labeled. But, we'll be back for sure!“
