“Very nice overall. One of the best bakeries in town, this place is just so nice. The pasteries are very good and the food is really good as well. I will recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick breakfast or just something to feed the soul ?“
“I love this place because of its ambience, service, and it's great food that is made with much love! The food items are not packed with America's typical amount of sugars or America's typical amount of butter, it's packed full of reasonable amounts of common sense ingredients, and that's because this restaurant isn't poisoned by "America's tradition" within the food industry. I appreciate this family's dedication to providing this type of love to the community of Chelsea, regardless of class, race, or creed. They have a great mission that I support wholly. They are amazing!“
“Essence of Thyme is a cute little place hidden on Broadway in Chelsea. I probably would have missed it if I didn't pass it EVERYDAY to get to work... They sell yummy breakfast sandwiches that are fast, inexpensive, and not too "processed" (as in microwaved pancakes at McDonalds... eww). For about $5 you can get a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a plain bagel and a coffee made the way you want. Everything is made fresh. No microwave involved and cheaper than DDs! They sell muffins and other pastries, too. They also have a lunch menu- Soup and some healthy sandwiches. I think they're ok. Definately better than a nuked cheeseburger!“
“Only boba in the area in a not very densely Asian neighbourhood. Drinks are your standard boba pre-big box Chinese brands arriving in the US.They tend to be very sweet with that in mind. Not my preference these days but glad this exists in the neighbourhood.“
“The staff at Brassica are so knowledgeable, fun, and friendly. They bump the best playlists, joke with you, discuss taste preferences, honor allergies, and are actually excited to provide a good dining experience. It's truly a neighborhood gem that I want to gatekeep so badly but will not because everyone deserves this level of stellar dining and the team here deserves to succeed! The food is funky with a heavy focus on fermentation along with honing culinary techniques from around the world without trying to put out “Asian food” or “Latin cuisine” or “fusion”, just their own creations. They make spirits in house (turns out I can like vermouth!) and source wines from places most others restaurants don’t dare to cover. It’s where I bring all my visitors if I can snag a table!“
“If you want to taste authentic Rwandan coffee, go no further than Yego Coffee. The owner brings the beans from his family farms in Rwanda and roasts the beans en premise and brews them for you in multiple roast intensities.I tried their light roast brewed pour over and it was one of the best cups I’ve had in quite some time.Yego Coffee is an ideal place for drinking exceptional coffee and chat with a friend, or a date, or a work from coffeeshop, or simply enjoying your cup of coffee and indulging in the experience! The barista is super kind and super attentive to details.Parking: I went there on a weekend and parked across the coffeeshop, and there were plenty of spots available. I’ve not been there on a week day.“
“Best coffee shop in spring Hill, and gives everything in Davis a run for their money easy. Always a line out the door on weekends and deservedly, but they move fast. Great pepper biscuits, great yogurt. BLT is weirdly bad but the turkey sandwich is great.“
“Great selection of baking books and supplies such as various types of flours, sugars, baking cocoa. The store is small/medium but it's filled up, which makes it cute. There is a very small bakery/coffee section as well, with usuals such as scones, muffins, croissants.“
“Great bakery with a selection of Asian influenced mini cakes! Loved the strawberry shortcake, the cake was moist, cream was very smooth, strawberries were fresh, the combo’s not overly sweet, would def order again! On the other hand, didn’t enjoy the matcha red bean one as much, the cake texture was more coarse, and there’s a savory taste that was a bit odd.Overall, the mini cake’s size is on the small side, with approx. $8 per piece, it’s slightly overpriced. However, the price for drinks were quite reasonable for Boston area, enjoyed my ice americano!“
“Kushala Sip Coffee House is a beautiful, clean spot offering a great selection of food and beverages. I ordered a hot Café Latte and a Spanish omelette, and both exceeded expectations. The latte came in a generous glass mug, while the omelette was perfection with layers of thinly sliced potato. The ambiance was serene, with other patrons enjoying their Sunday morning over relaxing bossa nova music. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality food and drink. Highly recommend! It’s so nice to see that Chelsea is finally Gentrifying.“
