A friend told me about this restaurant a few weeks ago and I wanted to try because he said they were good. He was right! They are very good!I thought it was a sit down restaurant, they do have tables so I was confused when I arrived and found the room to be extremely cold. Blue Asian Cuisine is my favorite place for sushi in the area. I absolutely love their food & the employees are so, so kind!!! I am a life-long customer. Oh, & their salmon sashimi is to die for! I'd eat it daily if I was rich.

Food is absolutely delicious every time!! The owners focus on the quality and taste of their food. This is not a place to eat in with the family, there are no aesthetics but don’t let that be why you don’t try it. Don’t be fooled. The experience is in the food!
