Every time I go there for breakfast sandwiches they burn the bun. Burnt to a crisp and they’ll serve it to you. Do not buy anything from them. They suck

As I've said before, DD food and donuts have become so bland and tasteless, they can barely be eaten. I'm now growing them with McD's as a place I only go to when no where else is around. They've become complacent.

I wanted to come to this place to get a coffee. But when i looked it had a sign that said closed temporary. This place is inside bj's whole sale club on memorial drive in chicopee mass. This place is small it also has chairs and tables next to this place so that you can eat or drink at a table. They are working on this dunkin donuts place. I think they are making it bigger or maybe they are updating it to make it look nicer. The parking lot is huge with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. I don't know when this location of dunkin donuts will open up again. There is no sign saying what day it will open again. When I was at bj's they had huge boxes in front of this dunkin donuts and they had some new equipment in front of this dunkin donuts as well.

I used to go to Dunkin' donuts everyday as a tractor trailer driver but it has gotten much too expensive to do this anymore.I think that the staff has gotten a bit arrogant and lazy and I don't like being demanded a tip for over the counter service.I don't really enjoy the experience of going here anymore and given that it cost twice as much as it used to I'm not going to pay this much of money for an experience that I don't enjoy
