Tried Chick-fil-A for the first time recently. We went through the drive thru. Our order was two kid's meals (5 pc nugget) which came with your choice of side & beverage, a chicken sandwich, & 12 pc nugget meal. The food was excellent & served fresh/hot. Order was accurate. Service was friendly, but a little complicated. So last night my boyfriend, my friend, and I were driving. Our car battery died right at the light outside of chick-fil-a. It was right before they closed. We got in the parking lot, we saw a worker by the drive through, we asked if they could jump us and they did. I know this isn’t about food or the actual restaurant but that closing shift leader 2-13-24 and the girl were very helpful and they made the best out of a bad situation for us.
