It’s always a wait at this location. On top of that they never get the order right and have a bad attitude when asked to fix it. Today I ordered TWO venti strawberry refreshers with lemonade no berries extra shaken (bc they never shake it). I go to the window I’m being handed my drink and 2 inches missing of drink in the venti cup. I ask the girl nicely (Asian employee couldn’t get her name) to fill it up please as she rolls her eyes at me. Then I asked where my 2nd drink is. Again eye rolls and does it. This time bringing me a drink with the berries in it, and I asked for no berries which caused another eye roll. Then Emma comes back with the drink you can totally still see strawberry pieces floating by around - but I let it go. The drink is RED from the Aci and not even lemonade. I grabbed the drink I was given by the first employee asking Emma to look at the color of the drinks and how they are totally different colors. She then telling me I was wrong and they look the same not letting it go. So then she says you know what I’ll put more lemonade and dumps half the drink out and fills it up. Then hands me the drink and slams the window. Very unprofessional! Emma had every excuse when I called to speak with the supervisor because she was the supervisor. If you listened the first time it wouldn’t have happened!!! Also the first employee sounded miserable if you hate your job get a new one!!

The location is convenient. The service was quick and courteous. But the inside didn’t look very clean and the drink tasted off. Not sure what was off about it but it definitely didn’t taste right

I stop at this Starbucks for the Tesla charger right outside. The service and state of this Starbucks is the worst I’ve ever seen. Boxes always in the entry way. Garbage sitting outside, garbage in the store on the floor. No napkins ever in the dispensar. One bathroom seems broken and never available and the other one is always filthy. It also takes about 20 minutes from ordering your drink to actually getting it. Not the QC I’m use to in regards to Starbucks.Update: stopped here again a week ago. The store was closed but the drive in line was opened. Sign on door saying they did not have enough staff so the drive in was the only thing opened. No bathrooms to use. Doors locked. As I was charging my Tesla I could not even go through the drive thru. Ended up walking to grocery store nearby and got a cup of coffee for $1.59. This Starbucks location should just close . Or get all new management.

7:30 am on Sunday Morning 3/10/24 This happened 2 minutes after purchase on the Mass Pike, not a great way to start any day. Shame on me for not checking to make sure the Starbucks employee did their job correctly.

I always come to this Starbucks but today was absolutely horrendous. All of my orders except one were all wrong. I couldn’t go inside because it was closed indoors the only thing open was the drive through and the line was too long. Employees weren’t friendly, I’m sure it was because of the long line they had and only a couple of employees, but if that’s going to happen might as well shut the store down for the day instead of getting everything wrong. Will not be coming here again.

Was here at 5:40 sat for 10 mins called to find out they are not going to take orders til 6. The reason we just haven't gotten that far. I am a GM at a restaurant if my employee said that to a customer they are getting reprimanded. You ha e an open and close hours for a reason. We are regulars and this just made me not want to return.

Consistently poor service and coffee. Drinks are never made correctly and god forbid you need to ask for napkins or a little more milk for your coffee. Sad!

I order the pink drink from this location often and this location is notorious for dumping all the contents including all the seeds at the bottom of the canister into my drink. This image was taken after taking in a mouthful of seeds. Please use the supplied spoon to take out the strawberries from the canister, and not dump/empty the entire canister into my drink. This is becoming a weekly thing where I have to have them remake it. Not only this, but the staff there all make the pink drink differently. Some use too much juice while others use too much coconut milk. I spend $7 for a drink, please measure and make it right. Thank you.

They can't do a sausage and bacon Cresent because they said the sandwiches are pre-made. They told me I would have to be charged for two sandwiches.A million dollar company can't afford to make me a sandwich?

I am no longer coming to this location. It’s never open, signs always posted on the door. They close the lobby fairly often. Once I went an hour before close and they literally told me they were “out of coffee”. I have watched the employees talk to each other and flat out ignore customers at the counter. If you don’t want this job find another because I wouldn’t be surprised if this location ends up closing due to poor service and customers being fed up with wait times and attitudes. And no it’s not due to understaffing, when I worked at this location in the early 2000’s it was extremely busy and we only had three people on at a given time. Cry and whine to someone who doesn’t know how lazy y’all are.
