Last week ordered my usual, 2 coffees & 2 sandwiches. When arriving home & opening order, I was given sausage instead of bacon. I called the store (420 Newbury St. Danvers MA) and phone rang and rang with NO answer, numerous times!Just went this morning for my usual order, watched my sandwiches being made (w/ bacon), when women turned around with sandwiches I told her they were mine (mobil order), she said “NO”! Number one. Almost none of the dunkin' donuts have returned to inside seating. I think it's because they want to discourage homeless people. Number two we go there for coffee not donuts.
