“My go to dunks. Everyone in the drive thru is so happy and joyful every single day. It brightens my day going there and being greeted with such positive attitudes! The first time I was like wow they're happy then it was every time and I knew I'd only be going to this location. They also killl it making my coffee. It is perfect every time! “The person who makes the sandwiches needs to learn to read the orders correctly. Everytime I order the sweet peppered bacon sandwich I ask for it to be on a PLAIN BAGEL with AMERICAN CHEESE and it is NEVER correctly made. It's aggravating!“
“Went in for breakfast today and picked up the cake for my fiances birthday. They were super busy, but the staff got everyone through quickly. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches were tasty, loved the bagels. We cut the cake tonight, it was moist and delicious. I barely got a pic because my sweetie was so anxious to cut into it. Thank you!Second visit was just as amazing. I had the Hot Cubano and strawberry paczki. Highly recommend!“

“Visited the Saugus location for the first time in 5 years. They have a lot more gluten-free donuts flavors now, which is really great. I believe they make their gluten-free items in a separate facility, but they have a lot of gluten items out and about next to them. If you're worried about cross-contamination in-shop and during handling, it's definitely worth asking.I'm giving 4 stars because my pickup experience was a bit chaotic. It was a Monday morning (about 730am) and I ordered ahead. I arrived 10 minutes after my pickup time, and yet my order wasn't ready. Also, there seemed to only be one person working (supporting the long line of cars in the drive through) and it was 5-10 minutes before anyone came up front to help me and the others waiting in line. “I had the pleasure of walking into Ziggys after trying to find fresh doughnuts other than your dunkin and honeydew processed ones that are everywhere. The prices are fantastic. The service was great. Even ended up sitting and having a chat even though it was going to be in and out. They do cash and card. The doughnuts were amazing. Will be there more often when time allows. It's so close to where I work on the water there in town.Parking: There are 2, 15 minute spot out front. Other than that other street parking is by permit but if you are just grabbing and going you should be fine.“
“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“
“My only complaint was how small the building was. If people are coming in to order you're all up on whoever is sitting down eating. Food was absolutely fantastic. I got a steak eggs and cheese bagel, and an iced latte. We don't have a honey dew in indiana, I enjoyed.“
