This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The workers are all miserable and my order is made wrong literally EVERY time. Every experience I've had here has been horrible. I choose to go to the Chipotle in Fairhaven when I pick up because it is excellent. Ordering through the app doesn't allow you to choose which store you want to order from so mine defaults to Dartmouth and the order is literally wrong every time. This location should just be shut down.

For the concept of fast food service it's a great place. For a really quick Mexican food bite they have a great menu, easy to choose from and customize it to make it your own! They have plenty of choices for you and everyone else. The service is pretty decent, smiley faces and even friendly suggestions for your order. Not your average fast food but a great experience overall.

The chicken does NOT come out of your paychecks. Hands down the worst chipotle in a 50 mile radius. $14 for a double chicken bowl that has the same amount of chicken as a lunchables chicken nugget meal. SOME employees hate the idea of giving a proper double chicken serving, but some employees are cool.

We are fans of the Dartmouth location however today 3/30 around 5pm we were very disappointed. They had no white rice, black beans, pepper and onions also there was not one napkin to be had anywhere in the restaurant. The person on the line was not very customer friendly, we felt very rushed and that we were putting them out. We hope this was a one time event and an off day that everyone can have. Not having the ingredients should never be an issue as this is what makes your brand.

As I was in the line telling the server what I wanted, i was looking through the glass to see what i wanted as this was my first time having chipotle, the worker started putting tomatoes on the bowl even though I didn’t say I wanted them. I kindly said sorry and my boyfriend asked if she could remake the bowl because I never said I wanted tomatoes. Another lady took over for her and made my bowl. Before we left we went to grab napkins and the first server we had thought we had left so she started talking about us customers to the other coworkers. I think this is very unprofessional for a team member to do. I work fast food and I have never talked bad about my customers behind the counter. That behavior isn’t acceptable to a member of an establish that work for customers. This was my first and last time ordering here.

I visited Chipotle today and was disappointed to find that they were lacking essential ingredients. Despite our request for sour cream, the staff refused to check and assist us. The lady at the counter was particularly rude and did not make an effort to address the issue. This is not the first time I have experienced such service at this location. It seems that the workers are not diligent and do not prioritize customer satisfaction.Unfortunately, I do not have the name of the lady in question, but she was working the evening shift on March 6th at 10:30 PM. I hope that Chipotle can hire more dedicated and customer-oriented staff to ensure a better experience for all patrons.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Went at 10:30pm and the lady at the counter said she won’t give us the bowl cause nothing was there. Asked her if she could check if the refills were available and she went inside for a second and said nothing is available.Once before this I asked her for chips and she said it was not there but then I saw chips was right behind and asked what that was and she said that’s chips and gave it.Not sure why such poor service happens and also not sure why it’s open till 11pm if they are going to say it’s closed at 10:30pm and are not willing to give food post 10:30pm !!!!

rice was absolutely not cooked all the way through was very hard. 32 for two burritos and the rice not even fully cooked. a shame. will never go back. my visit was around 7:30-8pm 2/11/24….. should have read the reviews FIRST.

Came in for a pickup order. I have been waiting 30 mins for queso to be heated up. The woman standing next to me has been waiting for 40 mins. Either ridiculous wait time or out of food at this location every visit. Shut it down and build a chic fil a instead.

Food was typical for Chipotle. Staff didn't seem to understand "no dairy" which was a struggle. Not sure if the person behind the counter was a non-native English speaker.I was shocked at how dirty the restaurant was, though. Every single table was dirty, the garbage was over flowing, and the floors were a mess. It was kind of off-putting.
