My last few orders, I’ve ordered HAMBURGER and each time I get a CHEESEBURGER. Really disappointing given it’s listed correctly on the receipt.

I worked at this Five guys location, and in my short time there, I managed to get groped on multiple occasions by a co worker, with a crew that is familiar with her behavior and choses to ignore it. There were some nice people, but after these incidents, I had to go to several apointments with my therapist to discuss the events that traumatised me here.

Refused to take my money because the bill is ripped.... Didn't even explain that to me just handed it back with a dumb look on his face. As if it is going into anyone of their pockets. It's going into a money bag that goes to the bank. But I bet if they found that ripped bill on the ground they still pic it up and take it home. Horrible customer service, everyone has an ugly mug on their face not welcoming at all. If they are upset at the amount of traffic coming in then get a new job. Lost theirselves a tip and won't be back.

This five guys takes forever. They mark my order as ready for pick up but I still have to wait at least 10 minutes for my food. Why lie? Just say it’s ready when it’s actually ready.I also had some random onions and a tiny piece of lettuce (both I didn’t ask for) sitting on top of my food.
