The food is always ??. I'd never had a cinnamon swirl bagel, it was delicious! And my picky son loved his plane bagel so much that he wanted another one. I have to go back to get their chicken salad sandwich and that to die for Fiji apple salad uh uh uh it is real delicious? ? and I love their oatmeal raisin cookies it's the only place thus far that I really love them from. The food was good but the service was TERRIBLE! We waited 20-ish minutes for 2 bakery items that were pre-made and 1 drink. There were 2 other people in the store and they ordered after us, so its not like it was packed. If you have even the slightest time constraint, don't order here, because there is a large chance you will be late.

Not usually a Karen, but ordered take out and received the wrong sandwich. When we tried to call the store, the call just continued to be rerouted to the menu. With how expensive Panera's gotten, very frustrating to pay so much for the wrong sandwich.

Their soups, in particular, are a standout. The Broccoli Cheddar and Onion soups are must-try options. They're always freshly made and bursting with flavor. Combined with a sandwich, it's a comforting and delicious choice for any day. The quality and consistency keep me coming back for more!

I have to just say thank you to whoever works at this location. My husband was disappointed when he got home and saw his grilled cheese was missing from our takeout bag, but I was pleasantly surprised to find his order had already been refunded by the store when I checked my email. I have had so many terrible customer service experiences lately. Mistakes happen, but so few try to rectify them in any way. I really appreciate the integrity of this store making sure we got our money back.

So this is my local Panera bread and I thought it was 3 stars - compared to other Panera's, but the past two days have been horrible at Dedham. I'm going through a phase and have been eating here a lot.Last night, my order was correct, but the sandwich was so sloppy and messy. I didn't complain. I rearranged my sandwich before I ate it and all was well. Tonight, I sent my son to pick up my order and the sandwich was COMPLETELY wrong... a bravo turkey, but has no turkey or bacon!!! Of course they're closed so I can't get another sandwich. I'll be hungry for the night. I'm so upset and won't be visiting this Panera again.
