They were super busy Sunday and my order got messed up a few times over. The assistant manager went out of her way to email me and invite me back to re-do my order personally. Not a lot of places do that. Usually they're really awesome but I'm sure a busy Sunday training new employees is not the easiest thing to do. They never gave me a hard time or anything. I always go to this dunking. I hate to admit it but I go once a day or every other day atheist. So normally they're on point.5 stars for always being awesome, especially with Tatianna at the helm. And 5 stars for fixing a mess up. Every restaurant messes up at some point. 1 mess up put of 365 days is a pretty good record if you ask me. Thank you guys for being awesome!

My husband ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich for our daughter, then the employee never took the paper of from the cheese. We went back and told the manager, she said that they have a lot of new trainees , I told her this is not a excuse, then she made a new sandwich for our daughter. I saw a unhappy face right there… Also my husband ordered a black coffee, they put cream in it. I don’t recommend this place!

Every time I come here I promise myself I won't go back and I never learn. The drink ratios are always off and the coffee is burnt but even worse it tastes FRUITY. They have to be cross-contaminating the fruit drinks with the coffee somehow. There's no other reason why my iced coffee would taste like peaches on multiple occasions.

Worst Dunkin by far, actually feel uncomfortable going in. Employees are miserable and slow. Only go in because of its location and everytime I get burned. When will I learn?

If I could give zero stars I would!! What has happened to the So Dennis Dunkins?? It's horrible!! The people working there are just awful!! The wait time to get a coffee and a bagel is 15-20 mins while in line!! The order is wrong or burned!! We keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe someone's new, but no!!! It's the same incapable man who is making the orders !! He should not be working there he is a poor example of what customer service should be!! Yesterday was the last straw we ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee , 25 mins waiting to get coffee that was incorrect and a sandwich that was so burned it was inedible!! Do better!! You need to do a full upheaval of your staff!! Either train them better or clean house and start over! Please people go to the one in Brewster on 6a they are wonderful!! Perfect job!! Quick, polite, and pleasant the whole time!! Skip this So Dennis DD and drive the few extra mins to Brewster .

Use to love Dunkin’ Donuts but now I find it a waste to buy an iced coffee for $6 for it to NEVER be mixed or stirred. This isn’t from any one visit, it’s been every visit for years now. I live here locally, and I’d rather make my own for a fraction of the price next door at Cumberland Farms. The only time I get Dunkin’ Donuts is when I’m off cape, where they choose to mix their mixed drinks.

EXTREMELY slow, the person on the drive thru headset taking the orders was rude, and when I finally got to the window to receive my order I sat and waited for 5 minutes AFTER the employee thought that she had finished with me. She didn't give me everything in my order, and I could see it sitting right inside the window. The employee with the headset just stood there looking at me while I waved at her to come to the window. She ignored me completely. THIS TEAM NEEDS RETRAINING!!

This is four star, for a Dunkin' Donuts. People, if you like Dunkin it's a decent one. But if you don't like Dunkin, don't come here, because it's like the others.This is just off the interchange at Route 134. There are three different Dunkin's here for a reason. The problem is that one on the other side of the road is closed, and they're detouring everybody over there into the other one at the Shell station. This one is decent, with friendly hard-working employees, but I had to sit in line for 20 minutes because there were so many people fueling up.
