Worker named Lilly provided exceptional service and aptitude while working on my order. Store was busy but she still managed to get my friends and my order out quickly and without issue. got everything I paid for no mistakes. exceptional worker, hope management rewards employees for this.
slay music. slay food. slay employees. give the employees a raise for real. my group of friends came on new year’s eve and there were two employees working both the drive through and the store. they were so kind, so efficient, and all the food was fire. best dunkin ever fr.

They were super busy Sunday and my order got messed up a few times over. The assistant manager went out of her way to email me and invite me back to re-do my order personally. Not a lot of places do that. Usually they're really awesome but I'm sure a busy Sunday training new employees is not the easiest thing to do. They never gave me a hard time or anything.
