“I've been going here since they opened in the 90s. I have never had a bad experience or meal. Quite the opposite actually, John the owner is a fantastic guy and makes a great pizza. Or try the gyros or a chicken parm sub with the "boom boom sauce"Kid-friendliness: There are tables, a bathroom, and kid chairs inside.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicap accessible ramp”
“My “go-to” breakfast place was closed so went looking for a new spot. This place did not disappoint. It was a no frills diner with a friendly staff and killer omelette.”
“It’s a bit out of the way, but if you’re a local person or within 10 miles, it’s great place to go. The foods always good, and then this particular night they had great entertainment.”
“I love this place can't say enough good things about it the food is cheap really good services is great the look and feel of the place is very unique looks like an old school Kwanzaa hut please try this ”
“If youve never been, you’re missing out big time!Wether its Thursday night dinner(Prime Rib-Best on the East Coast!)Or Sunday Funday in the Pines, this place Rocks!”
“I love that this place is close by but also in the middle of nowhere. It smells amazing even before you pull into the parking lot. I give these kids credit. They were all working hard and weren't your typical lazy kids. This place ran very smoothly, especially since the line was out the door. Everything was clean and the ice cream was delicious! This will definitely be our local family spot all summer long! Happy to support this small business.”
“Very good homemade ice cream, nice seating area and friendly service. We have been visiting Uncle Ed's for over 10 years and just consistently great. Ice menu changes often, always a chance to try new flavors. Has added seafood in recent years. Review is only for ice cream”
“Roll, Burgundian, Roll!Cafe style menus with breakfast served until 3pm. Menu in it's entirety is not particularly expansive, yet menue quantity does not seem to be the focus here. The theme for Burgundian seems like it's menue grows from the owners travels around the world. The quality is unparalleled. Their burgers are a strong argument for anyone to say they might be the best they've ever had.And their leige waffles are their specialty. These waffles WILL be the best you've ever had. I got mine with banana churros topped with whipped cream and two scoops of vanilla ice cream. The owner himself seems like a pretty cool dude whose ambition and travels have brought this place to life in his exacting vision. I do not know him personally and he did not pay me to say this. The staff are a tight-knit crew who really seem to enjoy working here which seems rare. This cohesion lends itself to an atmosphere that kinda reminds me of a French chatteua version of Cheers.Burgundian; good in the morning, the afternoon or evening. It is a refreshing sight to see a business thriving in downtown Attleboro- a cozy place of gathering for catching up with friends over a coffee or a pint. When friends from my own travels come to visit, this will be the first place I will take them. Keep up the good work and once again - Roll, Burgundian, Roll!”
“We enjoyed a great birthday celebration with family and friends!! Sarah with an H was wonderful! Very attentive and she is great at her job! We look forward to having wait on us again on our next visit! May even request her! Oh yeah the food and drinks were excellent!”
“Really cute little sweets store. They have a little bit of everything for variety and everything is done by them and made from scratch fresh so it’s worth the price. Would recommend checking them ”
“The service was great, great atmosphere too, the pizza is south shore bar style. Zero flop, crisp crust, laced edges, could have used more sauce. I will go again for sure and I do recommend it to anyone who likes bar pizza.”
“AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!! I walked into this place and wasn't sure what to make of it. I value the modest interior design and the execution of the food is a whole other universe. The menu is very diverse and you can easily spend the entire day eating here given the breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices. We were greeted kindly by the fantastic staff, who value people as if we were their family. They also treated each other as a family, which was fantastic. We started with a very good sushi roll. We had a fish sandwich that was great with the greens. The dressing on the greens complimented the coleslaw in the sandwich. The hand-cut fries looked oh-so-tempting, but I'll leave those who can get away with a heaping pile of deliciousness. We also had the Arctic Char dish that was executed as if we were in a Michelin-star restaurant. I still dream of this dish. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!!!We decided to try the fried rice pudding. Most restaurants have poor desserts, but NOT RHODY ROOTS. THEIR FRIED RICE PUDDING IS AWESOME. It's sweetened and delicious rice that is rolled into balls and then covered in crushed cornflakes and then.......wait for it.......deep fried. A dessert take on arancini that then sits on Nutella and powdered sugar.I was extremely impressed. I imagine the Chefs are JWU grade, for anyone from JWU is amazing! No stone was left unturned.GREAT PLACE AND A MUST TRY!!!Parking: There are spots in the surrounding streets. Parking in the front of the restaurant is very difficult due to limited spots.”
“Great People and good atmosphere! The fish and chips were okay. I enjoyed them and it wasnt bad at all, But they were okay.Parking: Best to order ahead if a busy day. As this is a small establishment with limited parking.”
“If you want to go To place that knows your name! This is the place for you! Nestled in an industrial park this brewery is Family owned! Kevin and Tammy Provide great service s to their guest! No detail is left untouched! From there signature brews to the experimental brews all are flavorful and delicious! You truly feel like you’re part of the family! They treat you like a guest at a holiday party making sure you are enjoying yourself and having a great time! The food trucks that come onsite bring the same vibe and the people who gather are also friendly and kind!”
“We were greeted by the girl behind the counter with a smile and very friendly. She was very helpful with helping us make our first time decisions.Dietary restrictions: They were very good about my nut allergy. They cleaned everything before making my rolls. Told me what they did and how they didn’t put certain things on it because of the allergy.”
“Just had literally (and I hate using that word) the best bbq of my life here (as takeout) today.Met Doug who was relaxed, very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and obviously proud of this business. When he said I just walked into the best bbq place in New England, something about the way he said it gave me instant confidence. Not uppity or verbose, but from a standpoint of a dude about to hook you up righteously. The pork belly was so incredibly good and I’ve had it in many places including some heavyweight backyard bbq-ers and this belly here was light years better. The pit beef was done very well and like everything else I ordered wasn’t hammered with smoke, rather it was subtly flavored and the au jus was a very good way to keep it moist and tender..which it was.Even the pulled chicken which can easily be like a ground up dish towel was moist and flavor well. The brisket was also probably the best I’ve had as was the pulled pork. And I thought not having traditional corn bread would be a detractor but turns out the cornmeal pancakes are a very good choice. Different and good (what could go wrong with honey butter?)Yeah I ordered a lot, do t judge me..lest ye be judged.I have no reason to drive to Commonwealth BBQ any longer. Thank the good lord.I’m just sorry I didn’t get more pork belly.Thank you. Be back soon and often.”
“Came in for dinner & had the pleasure of having Israea as our waitress. She is amazing & has the most pleasant personality! Make sure to ask for her the next time you’re at Taunton Smokey Bones or you’re missing out!”
“I am not at all a vegan. Nor am I looking for anything healthy. I love food. This place is amazing. The food is vegan, but I would go eat here every day if I could. It is delicious and savory. I have tried most of the menu, and it never disappoints. They also have the best vegan cinnamon buns ever. Always buy like 4 or 6 to bring home. It's also has amazing delicious coffee and drinks. You have to try this place”
“The food is vibrantly flavorful no matter what you order. Good vegan and vegetarian options and the staff was very willing to make ingredient adjustments. Overall amazing.”
“Soo good!!! It is typically always busy so there will be a line but it is worth the wait. I love the pb oreo with cookie dough pieces. I was a little underwhelmed by the oreo dipped waffle cone but the waffle cone itself was delicious.”
“Flaky crust,a bit thick but needed for the ground pork juice. Good crust. About 2 1/2 to 3 inches across round. Ground pork was okay, could have used a bit more seasoning.”
“The atmosphere and coffee are impeccable, my absolute favorite place to get coffee and I highly suggest this place. I go here to study for school often and the coffee, whether it be a latte or their Quinny, is the best coffee I’ve ever had hands down. Not to mention their pastries and food are also astounding.”
“The food and drinks are definitely what keeps me coming back but waiting 30-40 minutes for it is a bit unreasonable. If it wasn’t for that, they have five stars all the way. I hope they can figure out a better system to serve their customers in a more timely way, but otherwise, it’s truly my favorite place to go! The food and drinks are always delicious and my personal favorite is the açai bowl. I especially love taking my pup because summertime.”
“This is a really nice breakfast place. Food is so good and so is the price. The ladies that work there are usually very nice. The only problem is they always have a very long wait and it gets so busy. Once seated, the food doesnt take long to arrive and is totally worth it. I come here very often and would totally recommend!! Oh and they also offer drinks which is a plusParking: Theh have their own free parking lotWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and there are no stairs”
“Wish I could give 6 stars for service. So nice, attentive and knowledgeable. Every dish was creative, balanced and perfectly presented. Will be back as often as possible.”
“We went to see a friend play live music. It was a great time. Loved the berry seltzer. As much as I don't like alcohol establishments allowing children, I did enjoy the kids. Some kids had a brand new puppy that was adorable and friendly. Glad we tried it here. We'll be back.”
“It seems like it's always packed, so I would recommend getting a reservation. The food is fairly priced, and the entire place has a good vibe. Everything we ate was absolutely bussin.”
“I have ordered a Grilla rice bowl twice, and both times the meal was superb. I got the rice bowls with grilled chicken, onions, cucumber onions and tomatoes. The food was do fresh tasting. I highly recommend Grilla!”
“We met friends here spur of the moment for an early Sunday dinner. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and I loved the retro inspired drink ware. Our food was delicious, and the cocktails were excellent! I started with the Smokey old fashioned. Our server Crystal was awesome! We will definitely be back!”
“A real hidden gem, staff is very inviting and welcoming from new patrons like us and regulars they aim to please. The food is delicious and good portions, prices reasonable even with the cost of everything on the rise. We greatly enjoyed the whole small town diner vibe and we'll be back again.Dietary restrictions: There is plenty of parking in the front, side, and rear of the building, but get there early as it fills up very quickly.Kid-friendliness: They have kid sized portion meals and it's family oriented so the staff enjoy the interaction with all patrons.”
