“A seemingly impossible combination of “Field or Dreams†and “It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia,†Joker's Lounge and field is often referred to as “The Pearl of MA.†A magical place where dreams come true and barrels of RBV cloud judgement, local children can only daydream at the chance to one day don a sweat-ridden Jersey between the gravel misted lines of the coliseum. The musical camaraderie and fluid vibes soothe crowds from far and wide, sending certain individuals into a trance , of sort, remarkably resulting in a paper play during the epic semi final matchup of ‘10. While some might “pack it in,†Joker's Lounge is a paradise of opportunity and second-chances - quitters aren't part of their vocabulary. 11/10, would come again. I haven't gotten a hit in several years.“

Menu is mostly pub fare, enormous pizzas, and sandwiches, but the specials are usually higher class dishes like seafood scampi, or chicken marsala.Drinks are normally priced as you'd expect and the staff is friendly. They've got daily specials and different entertainment most nights of the week. We've been in for Musical Bingo, Karaoke, Trivia, etc. There are also live bands and DJs some nights.Decent bar seating with a fair collection of tables to seat yourself at as well. Dart boards in the back and a Touch Tunes jukebox on the wall for when there isn't live entertainment.I keep coming back.Parking: Parking is okay. There's about 15 spots in their oddly shaped lot, but the carwash next door seems to have more room for parking and is closed at night.“
“Brought family Sunday. Food was A+ our server was so cheerful we felt we have known her all our lives. Lost one of our old hang outs and now we have a new one. Love the pub atmosphere and how cozy it is. A place where you are their most important product. Make sure you are really hungry their portions are big enough that we all had doggie bags. “An excellent place for dinner. Beautifully remodeled old mill space. Food was good. They know how to make a proper black and tan. They serve actual Irish dishes like corned beef and cabbage. Whiskey list is a little meager, but that would be my only complaint. Would definitely come back here.“

Not only because it wasn't busy (as every other place is on this night) but because we had amazing service and delicious food.We walked down the hall, our 3 year old son in tow... 3 of the ladies immediately awed at his smiling face. She was attentive, friendly, smiling & had a great presence about her.We ordered the calamari, truffle fries(for our son who is obsessed with fries), cheese quesidilla (for our son), the lobster fra diavolo special & fish tacos. everything was great (beans were very salty, they came with the tacos- Didn't bother me I dont really eat them anyways).Price wise, I think the tacos and the quesidilla were over priced. tacos had rice that was plain & salty canned tasting beans but the tacos themselves were fantastic. Cheese quesidilla with just sour cream and pico seemed too much for something very basic.Maybe some better dessert choices? They don't make them in house so I didn't get any which is a bummer, because I love desserts. Nothing special (esp on Valentines day) about strawberry cheesecake, warm lava cake (pre-made), or tiramisu. I can get that anywhere.All in all it was nice and I would highly recommend it. They also have weekly specials so always worth a return trip. Their bar has a great selection of drinks and of course, plenty of whiskey. “I hosted a private event upstairs for about 65 ppl. The food was fantastic - we had tips, rice and salad, as well as plenty of apps beforehand - there was plenty of food for our guests. The bartenders and wait staff were so helpful that evening. Penny, the owner and Chris, the cook - could not have been more accommodating to us; always checking in- great communication while planning. The room was rustic with tables scattered throughout for the guest. Our evening was perfect.“

“This was our last resort for food as it was approaching 11 o’clock. We tried a few other places and they all closed their kitchen early. When we walked in, I wasn’t too sure of the place. It has a dive bar Vibe, which I’m totally cool with, but wasn’t sure how my wife and Mom were feeling about it. We ordered chicken fingers, Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls, French fries and a burger. “Nice little bar. Little "hometown" atmosphere for the locals. I'm not one of them, but went for a small meal and listen to my wife's old friends play music. “First, I'd like to say I tried contacting Charlie's before I went this route. I didn't get a response. I've been to Charlie's with a group of 8 for lunch. It was very good. We got what we ordered and everything was delivered together. On Friday, 4 of us went there for food and drinks before the Folk Festival. Okay, Corona, I asked for lime. Didn’t get it. No biggie. Two of us ordered hamburgers, one ordered a tuna sandwich, the 4th haddock. Nope, no haddock. Okay, sirloin tips. Nope. Country chicken. Nope and don't know what it is. Okay....I'll have a hamburger. 15 minutes after (mind you 25 minutes have already passed), sorry. no buns. How about white bread! 40 minutes after initial order, hamburger on white bread and something resembling a tuna sandwich (?) arrives. We felt sorry for the waitress. But definitely poor service. I'm sorry I have to post this, I like helping local businesses, but lack of listed items was horrible.“

“The problem with great family restaurants is they are often "packed". That is the case here. TJ's IS a great place. The burgers are simply out if this world. Their dinner menu is very varied and offers a bunch a great options. I have tried several and have not been disappointed. The food IS good, but as important, the price is just right. In today's world too many restaurants are over charging (AND under paying the staff!) but not here. Alone, a date night or a big group, you can not ho wrong here. Only warning is they are soooo hood and popular that at key times and holiday times they are busy.Steve“
“Went with a large group. Service was excellent! My meal was just OK. Pastrami sandwich was a little tough and lukewarm with no mustard or sauce. Waffle fries, which were supposed to be shoestring potatoes, were dry and hard. Other meals looked better. Salads were huge and loaded with protein. Easy access and good parking.“

Overall experience was excellent.Parking: There was plenty of parking but due to the snowstorm we go the other day and the subzero temperatures the parking lot was an ice-skating rink. I would recommend sanding or salting the entire parking and walkways and make sure someone stays on top of it before someone gets injured.“

“We stopped in for a quick bite on a Thursday night. The bar was lively and the dining room not overly crowded. The food was great I had one of my favorite things a bacon chicken ranch wrap and it was exactly what I'd want from it. We also had the southwest chicken egg rolls which were very tasty as well. One downside is it seems to be only booths in the dining room so if that isn't your thing it could be an issue. The biggest issue is that the hours have always seemed to be a moving target and I get that to some extent in the post COVID world but a large part of why it took us a year to get back is we often dismiss as they might not be open. Overall though a solid local pub I'd like to have in more frequent rotation.“

There are an assortment of sports on screens throughout the establishment, so whatever game you're looking to watch is always available for viewing. They have Keno and lottery for additional entertainment. Music plays at a pleasant, audible level, to set a fun mood, but it's not so loud as to interfere with conversation. “The food was so good I got the baked stuffed haddock with mashed and carrots it was delicious. My mom and best friend had the steak tips, and they said they were cooked to perfection. I will be back to try all the food, seeing I had a hard time deciding what to get.“
