Used to be one of my favorite spots, however after recent visits it’ll be the last place I’ll ever go in the future or recommend. The service along with kitchen mistakes seems to be a normal thing nowadays. The menus were practically ripped in half, no longer bound, stained with food and drinks. Used to think of CSG as a more upscale casual dining, but lately feels like a run down restaurant chain. Disappointed!

Meatballs Not So Goid
Can't comment on entire menu but cannot recommend the Skillet Meatballs.
There as if they were fried and then served in tomatoe sauce. Have had the Mestballs at Back Room in Sgawam and thought in my opinion they were fantastic.

I’ve been here a handful of times throughout the years & it’s always been amazing. Tonight though, the drinks, the food, the service & the fun atmosphere proved that it just keeps getting better & better as time goes on. It’s really a totally amazing place & I highly recommend it!

Service was horrible. Waited an hour and a half just for the salad to come out. My wife’s fillet was way overcooked. The food that wasn’t overcooked was good, but was shadowed by the poor service. What a way to spend 2.5+ hours on a Saturday. Used to really like it here. It’s off the list.

It's bad when you sit down at the bar, (2 servers behind the bar) no one acknowledges you and they walk past you 6 to 7 times by both, so that would be being ignored at least 12 times. Yes a little busy, but not even to say "Be right with you" or some other line. And for the money they charge (yes I know everything is pricy) you would hope to have someone say "Hi". But nope

I Worked alongside their Catering staff. They always do an excellent job in every aspect of their profession. I’ve tried about 50% of the menu and all of it was absolutely delicious. The owner Bill Collins has got to be one of the best guys in the business being both professional and personal in all the right areas. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for solid service and even better food!

Great place, great food, great service. Our waiter was great! I had a filet which was cooked perfectly, and the Mac is spot on. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!
I went with my wife a few weeks back during peak hours. The service was great albeit we had placed reservations ahead of time which I would highly recommend. The waitress was great. She was timely with our drink orders and we only had to wait maybe 10 minutes for our main course after placing our orders. 10 out of 10 for service and the food was great.
I ordered the regular size filet mignon with garlic mash and bacon Brussel sprouts which were an additional 4$. My steak was supposed to be medium; warm pink center, and it was at best well done. The outside was charred with little to no seasoning. The Mashed potatoes were chunky with skin all inside which were described at creamy. The broccoli brussel sprouts had no flavor what so ever. My boyfriend ordered the prime rib which came looking like a burnt New York sirloin. It did not look like prime rib at all. My boyfriend who hates complaining wouldn’t let me say anything but I just had to here. Do not come here looking for a steakhouse cuz you will not be satisfied.

First couple of times we went there, it was great! The next 10 times it was quite some disappointment. When busy it seems the food quality drops down significantly. Multiple times food came cold, sometimes food is just bad. Fries are terrible. Waiters are usually great and helpful. What is very concerning is that the surrounding area is not clean. Everything is dusty, draft beer is warm. Utensils not clean. It’s a great local restaurant but looks like the quality dropped down significantly. Seems like the restaurant manager needs to spend some time to address issues.

Time for an honest review. Me and my guest made a reservation for 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. We weren’t seated until 8:10. As soon as we walked in, there were men moving tables and chairs out of a seating area, having to walk through the entire small, waiting area. They even had guests help them carry the tables and chairs. The waiting area was nonexistent, there was one bench for multiple parties. Many people are waiting half hour to 45 minutes having to stand there crowding the area. the food was very good, I got a 10 ounce New York strip with fries and mashed potatoes on the side. The steak was good. The fries were not. The fries were very tasteless and I had to add lots of salt and drench them in ketchup. The mashed potatoes were very good. I will say for a Saturday night the food came relatively quickly, probably waited around 15-20 minutes. I overheard the hostess saying that there were many parties with reservations who had to wait a long time. That is the main reason for the two star review, the food was good, but the wait and the seating area were not.
