Now in terms of the bowl’s portions for this Chipotle, they do a moderate reasonable amount. The inside is clean and well staffed for the amount of people that go here. Deliveries are usually fast and (oddly) cheap. Most likely they’ll be more generous if you order in-person. Overall, I recommend this location for any Chipotle connoisseur.

Hopefully I'm not ruining my blessings with this review. I usually come before 3p, on the day of this review I came at 5p. Someone needs to make sure portions are the same regardless of time. I came in today and got the weakest portion I've ever had. Never in the earlier hours have I had an issue with portions. I looked at my server when he put the rice in and he said, "I know"... I felt like saying, "I'm glad you know because I never knew after all the times I came here" In the earlier hours I'd give a 4.5, if this is how the later hours serve it's a 2.

Chipotle E.Longmeadow is better visited before 4pm. I've never had an issue with portions but today at 5pm I got the weakest portion I've ever gotten. I passed the server a disappointing glance when he scooped rice and moved on to the next item, he immediately said, "I know' without me saying a word. I let him know that was the weakest portion I've ever seen.

There's something wrong with the people that work here... They're a special kind of stupid. Multiple times I have gotten the wrong order and it's impossible to get a refund or replacement. I usually get delivery and they won't refund the delivery fee of the order you didn't Request... Because of this, you can request a full refund from your credit card company so I encourage you to do so too. Let's teach these people a lesson for stealing our money and making it nearly impossible to get a refund on a legitimately wrong order.
went in at 10:35 not seeing they open at 10:45 and i opened the door (if your not open why would the doors be open then??) and got rudely yelled at by some latina girl at the register screaming "WERE NOT OPEN" multiple times at me. every time im there this latina women is in a pissed off rude mood and it should not be tolerated anymore. i hate going to my local chipotle because of her insane negative tone. insanley disgusting.

I have never in my life had a poor customer service experience until today. I normally order ahead on the app but the app was not working today. I screenshotted my order to read at the store. Right off the bat I said I am ordering one adult entree and 2 kids meals. It was very chaotic in there and multiple people were asking me questions at the same time so I did not notice that they made one of my kid quesadillas an adult quesadilla. When I went to check out my order was $44 rather than the $30 it was through the app. I inquired about why the price was so high and I even showed them the screenshots of what I needed and was told they made one of my kids meals an adult meal. The woman ringing me out was openly hostile towards me from that moment on. She did not have on a nametag but the receipt says Jacqueline. I understand that people have bad days and it was chaotic in that restaurant at the time but her behavior towards me was unwarranted and unacceptable. 10/10 will NEVER recommend this location unless you order ahead to avoid being treated poorly by the workers.

Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Sorry to be that guy, I've been going here since they first opened and this past year or two have just been awful. I hardly go here anymore. The customer service is pretty much nonexistent. "What do you want?", death glass to indicate "and?" When I've already told them the next thing but they were busy chasing and swearing with workers. Then I get "that it?" At the register and they walk away. Btw this is my first time writing a review. Just hoping chipotle sees it and gets all new staff because im worried even the food isn't even handle properly with how much these people care.

im a huuuge chipotle fan. the only thing that stuck out this time around was the unbelievably rude lady at the counter. she was a hispanic lady that was so rude to not only me the customer, but her super sweet coworker. her coworker (who continues to smile at me and offer me help) loaded up a burrito ahead of mine and the other lady scolds her saying something along the lines of "you dont know how to roll an extra chicken burrito do you!?! youre going to have to re do that!!" the sweet coworker just stood there shocked. i couldnt believe it. then she continued to finish up my burrito with such an attitude i couldn't believe it. ive worked in food service and i GET IT. it sucks. but for the love of god, treat people with even ALITTLE kindness. id say if youre working up front facing customers, at least TRY to act like you like your job. if youre miserable, go home and let someone more deserving take your place.

Ingredients seems to be given less than what I’m used to. Usually when I purchase a bowl, it’s overflowing. This location felt like they are saving portions. Food was still fresh and satisfying as a typical Chipotle.
