The donuts were stale, the customer service was atrocious, the bathrooms were filthy, ask for an extra large hot coffee and got it roughly 3/4 of the way full. Went back in because my cup was leaky and got a nasty attitude. Would not recommend this place until they switch up management and clean the place up a bit. Also, they really need to improve their customer service attitude because the apathetic leaning on the counter playing with your phone thing going on in that place is absolutely nonsense.

This particular Dunkin donuts has service issues that seem to fluctuate between staff changes, and some days it will only take a few minutes to get your order per usual, while other days it may take a ridiculous long 20+ minutes to get your order, even if the restaurant is not terribly busy also, it's just the particular staff in duty that seems to make the difference between a normal wait and a ridiculous long wait.

The experience of this location is abject misery. The food is terrible and overpriced; the staff feel halfway out the door and are in a state of complete stupor. There is no friendliness or warmth, especially in the coffee. $4 for a small, burnt, sad excuse for a pick me up!It's amazing this place is still open - it's been on the decline for decades and it keeps getting worse. Check it out for the "experience" but bring your business elsewhere!

Got a wake up wrap n a coffee. Still didn't even do it right. At least you got the cheddar cheese. But I never asked for bacon. Even though I didn't get a receipt like I should of. And sure of the hell no I paid for the bacon but didn't ask for it.

My coffee is always waiting for me when I get there. that's all i ask for. Had to switch to this location after another dunkin' closer to me couldn't handle making the same coffee, same time, every day with 30 minutes heads up.

Stopped for a coffee for a friend. I myself am not a fan. Tasteless food, donuts, bagels. A last choice for me if no other place is around. I don't drink coffee. I can't recommend.
Most of the staff doesn't even acknowledge your there. No greetings. Very slow pace staff. Staff tend to stand around complaining to each other. If the customer says thank you they do not acknowledge.

If time does not matter to you, boss doesn’t care about you being late and you don’t mind waiting 15 minutes to receive a large coffee or medium or whatever you’re choosing that morning… than this is the destination for coffee you need to go to… the way, the cashier stares blankly at you, like they have no idea what they were doing, completely boosts your morale for the upcoming day. If you fancy yourself a bagel or beverage. Don’t worry this Dunkin’ Donuts will help you possibly stumble upon something new you may not have tried before due to receiving the wrong order. This place is a diamond in the rough. The best part about this place is the older group of fellas That greet you in the morning and talk about their days past knowing that one day I too, shall be there age enjoying retirement.

Of all the Dunkin I've ever been to this is a disaster. I'm sure that it's not the employees fault but this place should be torn down and rebuilt. The parking lot alone makes the trip not worth it. They handle your food like it's trash and you are inconveniencing them by being there. Really not good.
