Do you love bagels? Me too! : ) And, Standard Bagels have been a revelation for me! I get them at the Sunday Farmer's Market in Easthampton, MA--though I wouldn't be surprised if the owner sets up a shop at some point. My favorites so far are Spicy Everything, and surprisingly, (the not at all,) Plain. They have great chew and so much flavor! They are a bit of an investment, but understandable considering that they are small batch, and hyper local, (including the flour!) and such great quality. The owner is very friendly, and happy to explain all the details of how they are made, etc.
