The restaurant provides consistent customer service that is respectful of individuality, fosters a calm atmosphere, and regularly checks in with customers. The staff conducts themselves in an inclusive manner, valuing their customers and ensuring that there are no obstacles to providing excellent service. The food is rich in flavor and the restaurant is family-oriented, providing a safe and welcoming environment for families. I was recommended this restaurant by a friend and I would definitely recommend it to others. Other customers are friendly and their conversations are engaging. The employees are attentive and offer great quality suggestions, while being conscious of their customers’ needs

Have no respect for kids. When I went there me and my siblings came to pickup a pre-ordered meal. That was supposed to be ready, we stood there for a good while and while we waiting other customers came in and receive services and left AFTER us. And paid no attention to us until our mom got upset. Poor services did not treat us with respect. Never coming back, and this had happened to us various times. Don’t waste your time coming. Foods are overpriced aswell

The restaurant is the worst! Traveled very far to purchase 3 soups Joumou on Jan 1,2024 because my friend told me you were the best. And all three containers has no meat but 3 large beef bones with fat. I am disappointed with you I will never visit your restaurant. I spent to much money to served a bowl of huge bones.

I really want to like this place but they are very rude with no customer service skills. Every time I order here, I ask for the food not to be spicy since I have kids that will be eating. It is spicy every time. I ask before I order and they say it's not but sometimes it's so spicy that I can't eat it myself let alone give it to a 2 year old. Give the customers the option to put pikliz or hot sauce if they want to.

I got a take out meal for $13.84 without tipping on 11/17/23. Two days later, I noticed a charge for $15.57 on my cc statement. Apparently someone tip themself on my behalf.

I only ordered take out !!! So I can't speak for the service of the restaurant but the take out service was pleasant, quick and friendly. I got the fried goat and rice and beans which was soooo good i love the sauce the goat comes with. I asked for extra and got some at no charge. I also got their spaghetti it's very good and a lil spicy which I like. I love the portions of the rice and and spaghetti it's enough o feed 3 people. I gave it 4 starts becuase for those portions they give a very small portion of the fried goat. But still very delicious! I think the price is ok but for amount I deff expected more goat. Overall it was a good vibe in there and it was busy with more people coming in.

If i check the reviews before i went to this place i would have saved myself some money, all the bad reviews above is true, Horrible customer service will hang up the phone over and over again. Food was bad save your money, if you like me and you love haitian food you drove 1h to come to this place you existed to eat you buy yourself a lot of food to go home and eat, When you get home you'll quickly realize you just got robbe , I rather go to McDonald's.

Every time I'm in Boston, that's the only place I go to get some Haitian foods. I love the food there, and the customer service is also a plus..
