I visited the store this afternoon to pick up my order. The staff were the friendliest I've ever encountered. They were kind and helpful, and the food was excellent. It was a very pleasant experience, and I think I'll be a regular customer from now on.

Staff slow and do not work with a sense of urgency. I asked for ketchup for my meal and with only one customer in line, they don't remember my request until I am already finished with my meal.

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin' donuts I've ever been to. I go to Dunkin everyday. This one has one or two good employees like the kid Courtney and this little manager who was pregnant at the time but they also have some very very rude ignorant employees. I'm sure the owner is paying them cash under the table because they barely speak English. They have messed up my order on numerous occasions and I order Uber eats a lot and when I order it you cannot put in special instructions or add more than 10 creams which is the way I drink my coffee so I usually place the order and call. Today I called them about 17 times and then finally when she answered the girl told me the order is already gone and there's nothing she can do about it and basically to kick rocks. I told her I don't want the order she said there is no way in hell they're refunding my money. I refuse the order at the door and told the driver to take it back and they still would not refund my money. Finally after fighting with Uber eats and proving to them that I did not accept the order Uber eats refunded my money. This woman should not be working anywhere nor she should be allowed to speak to any type of customer that way.

How can you not fall in love with such an adorable staff~ ?Everything is great Dietary restrictions: I saw They even had coconut milk! And you can costumize your thangs~ Even energy drinks! Wow, one or the best dunking I ever been to, the crew is awesome and friendly all the time, always helpful and nice with the customer, and if you have any problems with you order, they’re always glad to help you. I started coming to this dunks from a long way,I stop in to use the restroom(bc i drive a long way),just about every morning,most of them are very friendly,tall guy with glasses especially..well there's one short girl who ALWAYS has an attitude, this morning she tells me "this is the last time using the bathroom,its for customers only!"..well,I'm THEE most loyal dunks customer I says,she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes..I didn't realize it was such an inconvenience for her to push a button"when she's standing there anyway!...I've come across some rude employees at dunks,but this girl needs to watch a video on how to talk to people!!!(never know who's watching little girl!)
