I absolutely love these cookies. I stumbled upon them while shopping a few weeks ago - now I can't stop buying these great cookies platters for myself. They are perfect with a good cup of coffee. Also, the raspberry sandwich cookies might be the best store-bought cookie I've ever had.
I just tried their Raspberry Linzers for the first time in my life and it is also my first impression of HP Cookie CO. and I am absolutely in love. Looking forward to my next purchase and trying different things from you guys!

I bought a box of cookies in a Hannaford's in upstate Amsterdam, NY. They were a Gourmet Collection with Lemon butter, dipped blossoms & Lemon Jam filled cookies. I never like store bought cookies, but loves these. Went back to buy another box and the store was out. I hope they will get more as they were excellent.
