Placed an catering order thru Jet Aviation for our aircraft, and the order was never filled by them, even though the CSR at Jet gave me a copy of their acknowledgment receipt, and Jason the manager didn’t offer any solutions. I would give them a 0 if I could, will never order from them again

Just down hill. I used to love using them, not so much anymore. Their only saving grace at this point is Jason.
New Burlington MA location, during lunch at 12:30, both workers outside smoking so nobody at the register. Food sitting under a barely warm heatlamp for who knows how long. Quesadilla and fries very disappointing, cold. It really would have been good if it were fresh too. Was excited for this place, heard good things about Rita's, but they don't seem to be making much of an effort here, and first few months will make or break a place. Too bad.

Held an event, food was just ok. Not bad. Delivery was late, but still not too bad. However, 4 months later I was chased because they failed to collect the payment!!!!! I wasted 2 full days to rectify their mistake! Not only that, owner was also "threatening" me!
