I was told I had a job on the 3, they have been giving me the run around. I worked 2 days with a manager, then on the 3 day I came in their was a new manager, whom sent my home because I did not have non resistance shoes, they were coming in the mail. The same manager was supposed to train me but was at a meeting, and just threw me off to another staff, so I was told I was a no call no show. I received the shoes ever since the incident, I been trying to speak to a manager she is always at a meeting, or not their. The staff are very unprofessional and make a new comer feel not wanted. So as of today I'm giving up calling. I don't know why it's so hard too give someone a yes or no answer informing that thee employee are not working their anymore?!

The staffs are awful, it’s pretty obvious they don’t want to be there or even serve customers — Staffs are very rude! Every time I go to grab my usual iced coffee the staff makes you wait while they're having a conversation among themselves. Most of the time they’re out of drinks & pastries.

I am like the commercial I literally run on Dunkin' s I was there last night through the drive-thru one of the employees was yelling at me from a parked car in the parking lot when she saw it was my turn to order she made my coffee wrong the night crew they're absolutely stink no customer service whatsoever they're either on their phones or they are in the parking lot getting high I ended up going to rodman Street Dunkin' donuts to get my coffee because I don't know what this girl did to mine besides make it wrong like usual I will never go to that one again

Saturday Aug 12, 2023. Went into the store and waited about 5-10 min. No one working inside. Went outside and went to the drive thru. Waited a few minutes, no one there. Drove around back to go to the window. Two employees sitting on the door step having a coffee. I asked if anyone was working there. She said they're inside. I started to explain i was just in there, she cut me off saying "they are in side". Then gave me an attitude about having to work on her break. No one in the store and two employees are having a cigarette on the back step? I will tell everyone and anyone this is a two star Dunkin and for good reason. Stay away, there are way too many Dunkins to go to this one. If i lived next door, I'd walk to another one!An I agree with the other person who left a review, Very UNPROFESSIONAL!
Almost every time I order they don’t have something that I ordered. It’s almost $8 for a box of 25 munchkins. I placed my mobile order and went to pick it up. Was told they didn’t have enough and it wasn’t even the kind I wanted. Then was told to come back tomorrow and get them. I don’t need 25 munchkins tomorrow, I needed them TODAY. The lady then said “oh sorry.” And that was it. So needless to say, I left without my munchkins and $8 taken off of my card for an item I didn’t receive. I will not be going to this location again. I’d rather go out of my way to a location I know is going to have what I order when I order it.

I just went by Dunkin and a young girl gave me a look that could kill because I asked for a tray. The young man went get a tray and she proceeded to tell me they had no sugar or cream in the store. AND proceeded to tell me that I was holding up her line..i told her she was rude and she WALKED away from a paying customer. I don't want anyone fired..but she needs lessons on how to work with customers..
