Highland Luncheonette

This is my favorite place to go for breakfast especially on the weekends. I have been coming here my whole life and it's one of the only restaurants left in the city like it and for that I am grateful. Everyone is so nice, it's like going to your own kitchen. Remarkably good. Small, neighborhood diner. Clean. Everything is made fresh. The kitchen is RIGHT THRRE, not in the back. Parking is scarce but worth the effort. Pricing is reasonable even with inflation bump up.

This restaurant has been around for decades. There are photos on the wall that depicted throughout time. It was like stepping back in time to a 1950s diner. The food was spectacular. It was lunch time and I ordered my tuna fish sandwich with onions and tomato, and the chef made sure there was onion and tomato on every inch of the area on the sandwich.
