Situated on the picturesque shores of Cape Cod, the Flying Bridge restaurant offers stunning harbor views and delectable seafood. I chose the classic fish and chips, and every bite was crispy with golden batter encasing flaky fish. It was a bit different from what I usually expect but less oily and still delicious. DH had the seafood platter that he said was equally delicious. The accompanying coleslaw did not disappoint as it is house made and creamy good. As a self-proclaimed lightweight, I found myself pleasantly plastered after indulging in one of their signature concoction. But fear not, fellow cheap dates I don't drink and drive. You can't beat the views.

I've been eating at The Flying Bridge for many years. Love their onion rings(Huge serving!) as well as their fried seafood platter. Highly recommended.

The bartender on staff for our event last week made our experience a great experience. She was attentive and very personable.

Food is great! Great view and service. But there is a bar tender there with horrible BO. It's very offensive and hard to eat the bar when he is working. Surprised management is not aware of this.

We've been residents of the city of Falmouth for over 40 years and spend our summers there. As kids we've worked there as well. It's our happy place!!! Time and time again we tried this business thinking it will be better "next time" only to be disappointed again and again. We yet again tried it for a late Sunday lunch ,being 2 years since our last time. The menu has expanded its self to offering sushi however no where to be seen was a sushi chef. My husband ordered 2 yellowtail maki's only to have had a total of 4 bones lodged in his mouth/ throat. When I brought it up to our server his response was " it is the type of fish" !!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? To say the least the employees there have much to be desired being all from other countries and have unfortunately lower standards from yes our country. Ordering our food had seemed to be a race of all time... we had to speak and decide on our choices lickity split because he would run off. We felt it was a relay race. This is so wrong in every way. This shouldn't happen I'm sorry. We're pay big bucks for inadequate services and food with NO customer appreciation or consideration . The owner of this establishment has unfortunately been getting away with this form of service for many years because he banks on summer crowds. This is where the money is. It's all about finding cheap deals on employment and very bad management. Also vacuum cleaners were being used in dining rooms with customers eating!,, REALLY????

I just wanted to thank the FB staff for an outstanding dinner last night. We got there at 5:30, unaware they were closing at 6pm for their staff Christmas party. The GM said no problem. Just get your order in by 6pm. Massive (and truly perfect) onion rings for the table. I had grilled swordfish that was absolute perfect, along with the basmati rice and broccolini. The other four entrees were perfect, too. Everybody raved about their food. The service was excellent. We never felt rushed. Thank you FB crew, and Merry Christmas to you all. Thank you again!

FOOD POISONING - laughed in my faceOrdered the lobster roll, $46 later it arrived and immediately I could smell something off about it… looked grayish and funky.Called the waitress over, politely asked if she could smell it too - she didn’t even look, just shrieked out “HA! Nice try, you’re not getting free lobster here.”Well - having spent almost $50 on it my wife and I decided to try a few bites… and spent the remainder of our time on cape cod fighting over the Airbnb bathroom, puking our guts out.Naturally I called the restaurant to let them know about the food poisoning (we had only eaten cereal before so knew it was the lobster)… again they laughed in my face, told me quote “welcome to the Cape” and hung up.Truly shocking - bad enough to give us food poisoning, but the behavior of the staff is something I’ve never experienced.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE IT IS.Dietary restrictions: Eating anything from this place will restrict your diet to liquids only for the next 2-3 days. Good news is you lose weight, bad news is your stomach lining & intestines may never recover.

Went there for our anniversary dinner. The baked stuffed lobster was one of the best I've had. It had whole scallops & shrimp in it. Drink was great. Kelly, our server was on point. Friendly, helpful, very personable. Made our dining very relaxed and enjoyable. We stay away during the tourist season, but look forward to going back soon.

Gorgeous food, awesome presentation. We went for lunch and we got seats that looked out over the harbor. When it isn't busy it's got a nice casual bar setting but you can still order complete dishes. Even the waiter was friendly - turns out my parents knew him from when he was a kid! Nice having locals working at the restaurant

This place has gone down hill since my last visit in 2021. What a shame!Visited today with my mom and asked if the sushi was made with real crab or krab / imitation…menu said “crab” but wanted to check. Waiter laughed and confirmed that it is for sure genuine crab. I said great! It’s not worth it if it wasn’t and ordered a roll. My mom ordered the fish and chips. I took a sip of the water and nearly choked, it tasted like pool water and the chlorine burned my nose and throat — this lasted hours after one sip. The roll quickly arrived and was clearly krab stick, I pulled it out to double check. Sure enough, cheap fake crab. Artificial color, weird crimping from the plastic casing / mass production of nasty fake meat…plain as day not real crab.I went inside and told the waiter about the roll and the water situation. I let him know and asked to cancel the fish and chips. He told me it was “too late”. So I got the manager and showed him the crab / explained the experience. No apology, but let us send everything back and leave. What a disappointment for such a lovely place I used to love.
