This standalone Dunkin's outlet sits directly across from the main train and bus station here in Fitchburg, making getting a drink or snack for your commute easy - especially when an in-station cafe isn't open. It's the same stuff you'll see at other Dunkin's: instantly zapped hot items, empty, ultra-processed donut, and bland coffee. I will say ever since I been going back to this Dunkin there’s a girl who works there who is so nice I wished I knew her name but she was there at 6:00 4/2/22 great customer service!

The worst service I have ever experienced. The staff will look right at you several times and not help you. The owner of this location needs to figure this mess out. There is a coffee establishment right next door that is friendlier and better coffee/food. Also, not sure if this location really opens at 5am.
