Only reviewing on here because my DoorDasher was amazing! Ordered A coffee and breakfast and received someone’s coffee with my order slapped on it. Replaced my order but this time didn’t get what I ordered and NO COFFEE! Finally got my coffee after the 3rd time when my doordasher (who happened to bring me both my orders) took it upon themself to get it personally for me!! If my kids weren’t sick I would have got it myself but don’t know what’s been going on with this location, this was my go to store.

The worst service I have ever experienced. The staff will look right at you several times and not help you. The owner of this location needs to figure this mess out. There is a coffee establishment right next door that is friendlier and better coffee/food. Also, not sure if this location really opens at 5am.

Located on Main Street, has a drive thru. Tables and chairs inside to eat/drink inside. Parking around store. Can order in store or order ahead on mobile app.
if you are in a rush and just want a quick snack or drink this dunkins is not the place to me . doesn't matter if i go inside or wait in the drive through you will be waiting ridiculous time

I ordered 1 sandwich for my Grandson. I was the only customer in line. I was in line at the window, nobody was there. I waited and waited. Then I watch this girl come from the seating area all the way across the Dunks. "She was taking care of a customer at a table."Service was terrible, rude, mean. I asked for my money back. We exchanged words, until she said, YOUR MOTHER! I was thinking, My 87 Year old mother? Never again. Oh, her friend came from the front of the store screaming outside at me to move.

Ordered a Large Iced received a medium, this happens constantly from the main street location when using Door dash or similar apps. Clearly they lack care for the customer's order if they don't enter the store.

I went in so I could buy a gift card as well as buy a coffee and donut. 1 person in front of me. The young woman at the register was taking a long time to ring up the customer in front of me. Then she started having a conversation with the person at the window about a movie they had both seen. She stopped working entirely to have the conversation. After already having stood there probably close to 5 minutes I just turned around and left. FYI drive thru was also not busy. 2 cars. My last time going there. They aren't the only coffee place in town!

If an open sign says 4am. Then open and ready to make any meal or beverage at 4am. Overnight shift workers take a stop for food before rest like everyone else. That’s why restaurants have openers. Come prep and set up to be open at 4. I can’t even give a review on anything else since I didn’t get delivered what I was asking.

This standalone Dunkin's outlet sits directly across from the main train and bus station here in Fitchburg, making getting a drink or snack for your commute easy - especially when an in-station cafe isn't open. It's the same stuff you'll see at other Dunkin's: instantly zapped hot items, empty, ultra-processed donut, and bland coffee. Although they were out of some of the items I wanted when I stopped by, they were proactive about substituting my order with something of similar value. Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin' Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Do off-center, tackily slanted "action" shots add any value? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions or gimmicks whatsoever.

I went into this place last night and stood at the counter for 3 minutes. Although, there were NO customers and many employees, no one acknowledged my presence. I left and went to the drive thru and waited for 3 minutes. There was NO service. Customer service at this place is DEAD. What is the point of Dunkin Donut”s location ?!?
