Food is fine for the most part. Don’t expect things to be toasted properly. Make sure to check you have everything correct before you leave as they sometimes wave you off before giving you the complete order.But the wait is ridiculous. The lobby is oftentimes closed. I’ve waited upwards of 20 minutes for an iced coffee. And the worst part is that once you enter the drive through you are stuck in line waiting.
The food tastes as good as any other Dunkin donuts but if you use this Dunkin donuts be prepared to wait a very long time. If you're late for work don't go here. I just went there and they had to close the lobby because they didn't have enough staff working. I went there Sunday and there was 5 people working and I've waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee and that was going inside because the drive-thru was really long. I don't eat here because the food is decidedly unhealthy. I do, on occasion get an iced green tea with honey. It's always a little bitter. So I know that the water is too hot when it's brewed. I can't drink their coffee since they changed it a number of years ago. It's too acidic and hurts my stomach.Parking: The parking lot is small but people tend to come and go quickly.
