I don't eat here because the food is decidedly unhealthy. I do, on occasion get an iced green tea with honey. It's always a little bitter. So I know that the water is too hot when it's brewed. I can't drink their coffee since they changed it a number of years ago. It's too acidic and hurts my stomach.Parking: The parking lot is small but people tend to come and go quickly.

I understand everything in the world is WAY overpriced, but this location in particular is ridiculous charging ~$1-$1.50 more than other locationsI rarely go to Dunkin Donuts cause the prices, and seeing the cost for it at this location only supports my decision to not go anytime in the future where spending for one person will easily be over $10Do yourself a favor, make your own food and coffee from home, this ain’t worth it.

Even with fixing the place and making new,they still have lousy service. Especially on Friday mid morning @ 1015 am Feb 16,2024. waiting for then to respond after 3 times saying hello to the intercom. Still no answer went to the window. Beep no answer clearly looking inside they where talking to each other when they came to the window they said you didnt speak to intercom. I said yes I did cause the driver behind came out cause i stood waiting and he contine to say i didnt stop at the intercome. Well i said can you take my order now he said no you have to go back to the driveway. Lack of customer service ethics.

Food is fine for the most part. Don’t expect things to be toasted properly. Make sure to check you have everything correct before you leave as they sometimes wave you off before giving you the complete order.But the wait is ridiculous. The lobby is oftentimes closed. I’ve waited upwards of 20 minutes for an iced coffee. And the worst part is that once you enter the drive through you are stuck in line waiting.

Honestly my worst experience with Dunkin doughnuts and I’ve lived up and down all of new England the service here isn’t the worst but it seems like a cover up so people don’t pay attention to the fact that they always get every order that isn’t an individual drink wrong honestly ruined my

The food tastes as good as any other Dunkin donuts but if you use this Dunkin donuts be prepared to wait a very long time. If you're late for work don't go here. I just went there and they had to close the lobby because they didn't have enough staff working. I went there Sunday and there was 5 people working and I've waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee and that was going inside because the drive-thru was really long. Well inside waiting I talked to numerous customers who also said the only way to get there coffee in a decent amount of time as to order ahead, but even you have to wait this girl came in who ordered ahead and she waited an extra 10 minutes. Like I said Dunkins food is good but the wait time here even while fully staffed is unbearable and to be frank unacceptable. Do better Dunks.

I have no complaints about this Dunkin Donuts location. Every time I have gone there whether through the drive-thru or walk-in I have been greeted and spoken to with respect. This morning I went there to get an iced coffee and a donut. Their pumpkin flavor is out again, so I had to get myself some. The coffee was delicious. If you order through the Dunkins app you can get special member favors. I chose Nutty Pumpkin. It was delicious. I will continue coming back to this one.
Management is awful here. Employees always seem to be annoyed with customers. I messed up my mobile order once (forgot to add cream to my coffee) and I very politely asked the girl to add it and she snatched my iced coffee away and poured in cream and barely mixed it. Tasted awful. Then TODAY I went in, gave my name for my mobile order of 2 coffees and the manager handed me one coffee saying here you go. I said politely thank you but I have one more and she very snottily said "Yup its coming!" These aren't the only two issues I've had lately but enough is enough. If you're that angry and annoyed by customers get out of the service industry.

No policies that protect employees or ones to kee0 a safe and secure workplace. Do not waste your time here as a customer or as an employee. This store needs a lot of work....
