My husband and I stayed one night as we went to an event at the Xfinity Center. Our room at the Inn was quaint, clean and perfect for our needs. The pub down stairs was hopping on a Wednesday night. Tina (the manager?) Was very accommodating and Patrick the bartender was friendly and attentive.
I just left the Ancient Marinere with a couple friends, interesting spot to stay the least. Now, keeping in mind I'm not from Foxboro, maybe this normally a townie joint, I don't know but we enjoyed it. It's totally shady, the entrance is in the back of a "hotel". I use quotes because this seems more like long term section 8 housing than an actual hotel. That being said, we had a good time. I went for the Taylor Swift concert and I had the best experience staying here!!! The owner was so friendly and accommodating. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bar downstairs had the best bartenders and amazing food!! I already booked for September when I come back for another concert.
