I adore Francesca so much. She is vivacious, kind, and simply wonderful! This Starbucks and many others that I visit have the same staff. Her toasted white chocolate mocha cold foam nitro cold brew is the best! Yum! Since I travel for Veterens and am often on the road, she goes above and beyond the call of duty to give me the recipe so I can easily order when I'm at a different Starbucks! She's always encouraging me to try new things! She merits a ten-star rating! Many thanks, ladies!

Idk what it is about this place but they must be cutting corners to save them a few bucks when it comes to mixing drinks. I know for a fact Starbucks has certain specs they are supposed to go by when making their drinks. Every time I order a pink drink from them it’s watered down with zero flavor and barely pink. I now drive all the way to the plainville Starbucks when I’m craving a pink drink because it’s made exponentially better. I’m including pictures of the pink drink from each store. The one from this location looks and tastes NOTHING like the pink drink … drive to plainville. It’s worth it when you’re spending $6 for a drink

I ordered a white chocolate mocha with extra whipped cream, this is what i got from this store. Everytime i order something is off, this time i couldn’t pass without sharing. This is unacceptable.

Unfortunately after Years of Starbucks patronage I can say I had my first experience that has left me beyond annoyed! Mobile order that I waited 20 min after the pick up time and they still didn't have it. I ask for it am told they don't have it and show them order on phone. A few minutes later they finally ask what my drinks were and make them. My 2 venti drinks both with no foam arrive to me with 3 inches of foam on each. I politely ask for the foam to be removed. Reluctantly the barista scoops off a scoop and hands back to me still with an abundance of foam. I again request to scoop it off and add more milk" no need to heat the milk, I know you are busy". I was then told " I can't keep scooping foam off and you will have to pay for additional milk because I already put more milk in"?????? Are you kidding me? I was just trying to get my drink made correctly and wasn't even asking you to remake it. I am in shock that after paying almost $12 for 2 venti drinks that were made incorrectly i was told I would need to pay for additional milk because I had to remove the foam from the cup myself with the plastic spoon the barista handed to me! My 2 drinks cost more than 3 gallons of milk and you want me to pay you for not even 6oz of milk to correct your mistake!!!!!! This is a shame never before have I been treated with such attitude and had an experience like this....... I'm Never going to this store again in Foxboro Ma at Forbes Crossing
