Usually service is good and fast. Today, though, I was handed a coffee that had cream spilled over the top that was not cleaned up. Come on, customers pay good money for letting something like that happen.
Convenient Starbucks with fast drive through & serving up all of the favorite breakfast treats - beautiful flowers next to hotel & other stores with order ahead / app options. Efficient service with a smile.

I adore Francesca so much. She is vivacious, kind, and simply wonderful! This Starbucks and many others that I visit have the same staff. Her toasted white chocolate mocha cold foam nitro cold brew is the best! Yum! Since I travel for Veterens and am often on the road, she goes above and beyond the call of duty to give me the recipe so I can easily order when I'm at a different Starbucks!
