I hope the owner knows what’s happening, that’s the only reason why I’m posting this,Called around 8 pm to ask what time do I have before I put my order in, they said 8:45,I drove all the way, got there at 8:30They had a sign on the door saying drive thru only, I was like ok no problem,Went on drive thru they said oh we closed, I said I called and asked when can I order açaí bowl someone said 8:45. He said no we close at 8:45.I was a good customer, I will never come back here again, I hope the owner keeps an eye on his help,

I don’t know who runs this place but they need to teach these teenagers basic customer service. I asked if the kid could exchange the dollars for quarters and he said “we don’t do that”. Almost every place does that.He seemed miserable and too privileged to even appreciate having a job. Smoothie was great though.Management, train your staff to be friendlier…maybe I would have given him a tip in my dollars if he exchanged some of them. Instead, he got nothing!I was going to the car wash to vacuum my car and it’s convenient to exchange quarters at places where they’re already accepting tips…that’s general knowledge.
