Personally I haven’t waited long since the grand opening days. I use the app and when I get there it’s ready. The food tastes fresh and not overly salty or saucy. I can see why some people think it doesn’t taste well, maybe because they are use to classic fast food restaurants.Want salty fatty food don’t go here. In a rush I don’t know what to tell you. :-)I do recommend using the app and pair to save getting a wrap and smoothie together for way cheaper.
Two times in a row I've ordered the same Mocha smoothie and it's had huge chunks of ice in it. Makes it pretty undrinkable without waiting for it to melt a bit, which kinda defeats the purpose of a smoothie. Idk if they just need to run their machines more or adjust their mixtures, but it's pretty annoying. The wraps I've got have been good, and the folks working there are friendly and attentive. I'm hoping this is just growing pains and things improve in the future.

I love the Tropical Smoothie on the Mansfield Foxboro line next to Fit Factory.I'm pretty picky but I love my Blueberry Bliss shake with Collagen and my All American breakfast wrap minus the mozzarella.Will admit it's a little bit pricey but always good.The facility is very clean and most of the staff really nice and helpful.During the weekdays , Sheba, Wendy, and Diane are always friendly and helpful.
