Id give this place another shot because the food is good. Everyone has their bad days so hopefully when I return the woman behind the grill is having a better day.”

“My friend was a vegetarian so I picked this place to meet up with him for lunch. It wasn't crowded and the food came out at a good clip. Interior was comfortable enough, colors were soothing, looks better on the inside than outside. We both decided it was a place we could see going back to. We shared the falafel and gobi Manchurian appetizers. They are honestly lunch size portions. 8 Falafel served on lettuce with a sauce on the side. They were good. I found the Gobi Manchurian (cauliflower) really tasty, and what I took home didn't last the afternoon. We both got the Tofu Ruben. It was worth trying and interesting, but I'd try something else next time. Got the salad for a side (comes with it), it was a nice and good size mixed lettuce and spinach salad with assorted veg on top. The decaf Coffee was also worth drinking. You put this place in a busy location with a nice exterior and it would be much more popular !”

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.”

“Went to Burtons Bar & Grill in Framingham for dinner tonight. It was our first time there and we were not disappointed!! Our waiter, Gustavo, was excellent and very knowledgeable about celiac. I felt 100% safe. I ordered the Orchard Sangria which was like fall in a cup!! We split the Point Judith Calamari which we both enjoyed (even my non-celiac husband said he couldn’t tell it was GF). For my meal I got the Mediterranean Chicken Risotto. It was DELICIOUS! One of the best meals I’ve had out in a long time! We will definitely be back, even though it’s a 40+ minute ride, it’s worth it!”

“Without a doubt the best tasting lunch we have ever had. Oysters were fresh and had an amazing savory flavor, while the sushi has a unique presentation. Haddock was cooked to perfection, but the real star of the show was the lobster mac and cheese.Instead of being placed in a bowl, it was put inside the body of the lobster, which gave it more flavor and more of a wow factor.The only negatives were that there was tape holding together the booth seat, which is not ideal when you are paying $200 for a meal. Also, it’s kind of sad there is no fish tank anymore. Other than those two things, it was a perfect dining experience.”

“I ordered a happy meal with a squishmallow toy. When I got home I discovered I received a different toy. I returned the next day and was able to exchange the toy for what I ordered. The manager was very pleasant and accommodating. I suggest when ordering a happy meal (or any order in general) always check your order before driving (or walking) away. The food was good and as expected. When I went inside to do the exchange I noticed it was very clean inside and seemed well managed. Overall it was a good experience even though there was an initial mistake.”

“I usually go if I have the midnight munchies, it's very convenient that they are open 24/7. Granted the orders do take a bit longer to come out even though I ordered on the app beforehand. But I've been happy with the food so far. The fries are consistently hot and seasoned well. I usually get my order customized a bit and they have been good with that. The ppl here have also been friendly enough even tho English is not their first language. Seem to be doing the best they can for what they are being asked to do. I think other ppl might be expecting too much from a 24/7 location. It more than serves it's purpose.”

Couple kids in the party had allergies and the owner was very kind to be mindful while preparing the cake and also suggested dairy and egg free substitute for the kids. I always have great experience with them and my kids always, always leave this place very happy.”

It's really a great lunch and his specialties are all fantastic. I strongly recommend both the Zippity Do Dog and the Volcano Dog. By the time I've decided I'm getting hot dogs today I am craving both of these.”

Just a suggestion: maybe dont put parchment paper at the bottom of the styrofoam container? Everything was soggy and gross.The bottom of the bun literally felt like it was dunked in water. Also, mozzarella cheese in a burger should be a crime. Felt like a waste of money and food. Most of the salvi and mexican food here is good though, so stick to that.”

We’ve placed numerous complicated orders both through the app and in-person and they have been executed flawlessly. The manager was very pleasant and accommodating. I suggest when ordering a happy meal (or any order in general) always check your order before driving (or walking) away. The food was good and as expected. When I went inside to do the exchange I noticed it was very clean inside and seemed well managed. Overall it was a good experience even though there was an initial mistake.”

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.”

The foods good but you just have to assume you aren't allowed to walk in and buy food because the online order only days are random and without any sort of system to warn customers before they arrive. Order your food online you will have a higher chance of getting ”

“We enjoyed the food! Great flavor. Just a touch too salty on some items. Prices were super reasonable. I wish the tables were farther apart so we could be more comfortable and have more room. We came with a stroller and were put right next to the buffet with no room to put the stroller even though there were tables that could've better accommodated us. No big deal, but could've made the experience better! We'll definitely be back regardless.”
