On the road traveling and looking for authentic Tacos for breakfast (I.e. before 10am), and this fit the criteria. El Pikante is located across from the Framingham MBTA and part of a very large, well stocked Mexican mart. The food was made fresh to order. Also everything was delicious. Good was good but the low rating is for delivery. The person never called or texted and Yelp said my order was running late. Then it update and said it was delivered a half hour ago with no notice. So I received cold food sitting on the lobby floor.

I enjoyed their pupusas con lorocco however the bean and cheese pupusas felt a bit dry and tough. The consistency of the bean and cheese pupusas may just have been a hiccup so I will order from El Pikante again as pupusas are one of my favorite comfort foods and it is hard to find them in the Northeast.
