This little corner deli has become an instant classic for me. I have been in this area a year now and whenever I'm craving a chicken parm, roast beef or even breakfast sandwiche, devitas is the place to go. It has that small town vibe and the staff know your name by the third time you're in there. Also great prices.

Just had a Chicken Parm sandwich from here and OMG!!! When I tell you I wish I could have another! I was shocked how good it was and the price was awesome!! Definitely will be making the trip back to town just for Devitas

Excellent sandwich's. These weee the best I've found in the area so far. Mind you, I've only lived in this area for a few months. The Italian combos were very good. The bread was excellent. High quality, neighborhood deli feel for service. Great spot!
So I've heard for years how great the sandwiches are so I ordered a chicken parm to try it. Not impressed. Actually had one bite and had to remove the chicken and just ate bread first bite I could not bite through the chicken. There was a piece of tendon or grizzle right through entire piece. It was disgusting. They had to have noticed when they were cutting. Very disappointed would have gone to a different placeb

Food is great as the subsare well packed. Turkey gobbler is my dav along with the the steak and cheese. Ambiance is nice style with all you need

Best subs in town. Hands down. Great menu. Family run for ages. Support local. Want an egg on that steak n cheese? Absolutely. Good selection of beer and has liquor as well as wine. Small grocery section. If you are in Franklin and want a good sandwich go here. They also have much more than sandwiches. Dont go to fast food. This place is quality. Staple in the community.
