Very cold (attitude perspective) franchisee location. Pizza is not cooked thoroughly, toppings are weirdly scatterd (one part is heavily loaded and other is just a barren dessert). Allnother locations that we have visited so far do provide chilli flakes and organo sachet for free. And people at this location very rudely says that domino does not "Allow it". I would have avoid the location but of course there isn't any other domino's close by.

I don’t think these people can read!!! I’ve gone there twice in the past 6 months and on both occasions they can’t seem to get my order correct. And don’t bother asking for extra toppings because these people don’t know what that is!!! I’d hate to see what regular toppings look like if I actually got extra toppings at this point!!! I will never order from Franklin, Mass Dominos again!!!

Made my mother in law cry on Mother's Day, Ill never be going here again. She ordered pizza for herself after working all day. After the pizza said delivered on the app, and it was 45 minutes past and no sign of pizza, she called the place. The driver Kyle, argued with my mom that the address didnt exist. When clearly she gets mail delivered here every day. When the pizza arrived he shoved it into her hands with no heat box and the pizza was cold she took one bite and cried. The store either needs to close or get better management. Im SHOCKED

I love that they are open so late and the food has come a long way since the old days. My only issue is that for some reason I am only 7 miles away and they don't deliver to me, I had to pick it up at 11 PM.That doesn't make sense because we are so close, they really should Deliver within a 10 mile radius, I think they would get a lot more business!

Terrible. Even with coupons and free pizza I wont order. The staff is great though its a pity the product is lacking. If you're in a jam late night I guess its ok for the munchies

I never get dominoes but my kids asked for it so I ordered a couple pizzas for dinner and walked in the side door. One of the employees said rudely this door is for employees only and the other employees laughed at me. I felt embarrassed and thought they were very rude. I wouldn't go back.
Delivery time was quick. But the refused to take my order over the phone and told me to order online. Then they sent the wrong pizza and it took explaining the situation 4 times for them to correct it.

This location is the worst and I have been reluctantly coming to this one for years just because of convenience. It seems like they have a new crew every month and sometime weeks. It’s inconsistent and the worst is the amount of time it takes to make your pizza from order to pickup. If you choose this location, be prepared to wait and not get your order exactly right. As you can see from the photo, there’s no one in this location.Other places will give you another pizza for not getting your order right but this place does not. Also, who wants to wait another half hour for the other pizza? Even though the other locations are further away, you have a good chance of getting your pizza sooner. I’m taking that chance from now on.

How is this Buffalo wings ? Absolutely ridiculous. It's not hard to put more sauce. They didn't want to dirty a bowl. Pathetic.

Worst service. Orders at 7:10 for delivery, 8:45 still no delivery, tracking doesn’t work and don’t answer phone. Go to get food, completely ignored and then once they talked it was the whole town was ordering and very rude
