This place has delicious sushi and rice balls for great prices. The wait can get pretty long at certain times for to go orders, but it's so so worth it! Highly recommend trying out all the different kinds of onigiri, very delicious!

Worst ever! Worst service, if you could even call it that. Worst attitudes, slowest staff, longest waiting, and they deny certain people (delivery driver's) use of their bathrooms. It's posted all over the place. I'm pretty sure that's illegal in this country. It's definitely immoral and barbaric behavior. Food sucks anyway. This place is purely awful. Don't go here. Ichigo Ichi is down the road near the 99 Restaurant in Franklin. You'll get far better sushi and service there. Avoid Maguro House at all costs!

absolute sweetest staff and delicious food! very reasonably priced too.Dietary restrictions: I usually order through doordash (I have celiac) and if there is any issues with gluten in my order they always call to figure out a replacement item.

Best Japanese food in town!!! The servers are very friendly and the food and flavors are delightful. I get take out all the time for the Yaki Stir Fry Noddles and The Japanese Miso Ramen (They have a Spicy version but I can't handle spicy food so I get the regular) The Restaurant is very cozy to eat in as well! Highly Recommend!!!

The Tempura rice bowl came out at least 15 minutes before the sushi which meant one diner either had to eat in front of the other one or wait and eat it ice cold. Neither option was good.

My college friends and I have been coming here since 2015. Through out the years we felt the food has been very good and consistent. We first heard of this restaurant back when we were all students at Dean College nearby. Due to most of us still living in towns by Franklin we always make it a mission to visit. Throughout the years, we feel that this place has never changed. The food, waitstaff and atmosphere feels at home to all of us. Recently, my friend and I have had the privilege of coming back week after week, and having the wait staff recognize us and welcome us back into the place. Keep it up with the great service and consistent food and homey atmosphere.
This place deserves 5 stars. I lived in Japan and I can confirm that every dish here looks pretty much like food there. It’s tasty and authentic asian food. Staff is friendly too.I won’t drag much my review, but their food really is tasty and reminds me of my time in Japan. You won’t regret.

This is honestly the worst sushi I've ever had in my life, the water even tasted weird. The young kid serving us was super cool but the whole place needs a Gordon Ramsey save my kitchen type of thing to happen. BJs has a 40 piece sushi for $27 save yourself the money and time.

Tonight we received some bad sushi it was hot and when we questioned about temp they explained it’s the way it’s served.Now we are sick.
