At 11am, Sat. 9/23 we ordered a breakfast sandwich, a pre-made souffle and a sliced loaf of bread with coffee. The sandwich came quickly. Could have used more bacon. After 20 min. and no souffle, no bread. We asked for money back on the souffle. IT ONLY NEEDED HEATING! We did also finally getting the bread. The coffee was Luke warm at best. I always like Panera, the people that work at this one are super friendly. I was disappointed that they were out of the Autumn Squash Soup as this is my favorite. I guess its others as well...
