First time at this location. Place was very clean, service was great, and was out the door with my order within minutes.

Started making my sandwich after the given pickup time, and then forgot about it halfway through. They were busy so I wanted to give them a minute, but they never figured it out and I had to ask them to finish making my sandwich.

I ordered Bacon Turkey Bravo, looked like sliced chicken folded in half slapped on the bread. Also ordered Tuna salad sandwich, not much tuna, 2 small pcs. Of dark lettuce. Also ordered a cup of Broccoli Cheddar soup, $1 when you order on the app. Conveniently ran out of soup. Then they said they ran out of baguette. OMG. Walked in to get my food, place was a mess. Workers behind were putting up signs. Clean up the place instead. I’ll only go there for coffee maybe. Disappointed.

Ordered the chicken noodle soup because they had no tomato again. Got home and the soup had no chicken and no noodles in the chicken noodle soup. Extremely poor.

Once again, I stopped in to grab a cup of coffee. And again, they didn't have any brewed. Two empty pots off dark roast and light roast. They have this new ridiculous policy that after 2Pm They only break coffee on demand. So you have to walk in, ask them to brew a pot of coffee for you. Does anybody else feel this is ridiculous? I can't imagine starbucks or dunkin's doing something such as this. I Used to be a regular customer at least 2 or 3 times a week. But because of the service being so slow and now this. I think they've seen the back of me.

At 11am, Sat. 9/23 we ordered a breakfast sandwich, a pre-made souffle and a sliced loaf of bread with coffee. The sandwich came quickly. Could have used more bacon. After 20 min. and no souffle, no bread. We asked for money back on the souffle. IT ONLY NEEDED HEATING! We did also finally getting the bread. The coffee was Luke warm at best. When I got home I called to talk to the manager. I spoke to Mindy or Misty who said the manager would call back after the lunch rush. It is now almost 5pm. No call. This is not the experience Panera wants anyone to have huh?

Won't be back. Really annoyed. Waited 10 minutes for my drink as I ordered from the app. Workers walking around talking and it was behind the counter the whole time. Nobody cared to put it on the rapid shelf. I'm uninstalling the the app as well. And before anyone says they're short staffed, it wasn't busy and they had time to socialize with each other. Not good!
