“Been here twice now and it's been great! We used to drive by all the time and never thought twice. We actually thought it was a catering business and didn't realize it was a restaurant. We've hit it at pretty good times because we've never had to wait. It is small but the waitstaff absolutely hustle. It feels like I'm in someone's home and the food matches that energy. Good, simple, home cooked no nonsense food. Pastries are awesome too! We've had pancakes, scrambles and egg sandwich's and all have been great. Looking forward to another visit!“

“This is a quaint and friendly coffee and breakfast shop with freshly made food, coffee, lattes, and other drinks along with pastries omelets and more. It appears to have many local regulars. My pesto omelet loaded with vegetables was so good but I had to take half home it was so large. There was not a crumb left by my friend of his French toast with strawberries and whip cream which was totally devoured by him!“

“One of, if not the, best breakfast place around. Friendly staff, decent prices, great food. It's a bummer they aren't open longer, or I'd go there more often. As it stands, basically every Sunday we go for breakfast and have enjoyed it every time.Be warned tho... in the winter they crank the heat up so wear layers so you can take them off once you get inside! :)“

“The best “productive” coffee shop for study & work in the area. The atmosphere/vibes are satisfied (especially upstairs), along with library like silence upstairs and exceptional service, I love it. The quality of their food and lattes didn’t quite meet my expectations for a third string coffee shop but it was still fine overall. “Since I live in the area I have not stayed at the Inn, but the cafe definitely prompted me to write a review. WOW is all I can say. I got the Old Mill Breakfast sandwich and I can without hesitation say it's the best sandwich I have ever had! The biscuit is without a doubt the most buttery delicious biscuit you can come by and I crave them allll the time now. I also had a latte and their coffee is so delicious and smooth and tasty. Also the place it self is so cozy and homey and the people who work their are very kind and accommodating. I'm definitely going to be a regular here! Will add photos next time!“

“This is a small "hole in the wall" restaurant. Parking is behind the building. We almost didn't go because the last review was in Feb. 2021. Restaurant seems to do mostly take out business while we were there. It only seats about 10 or 12 people. My husband and I both enjoyed the sandwiches we ordered. They are prepared while you are there, so its no fast in and out. I ordered the chicken salad and it was good, but not superb. My husband had the pastrami and rye and he enjoyed his sandwich.“

“Stopped in for coffee and drinks-cool cocktail menu and wonderful lattes and cappuccino. So good I went back for take out later in the week vs Starbucks. Nice couches for sitting w friends or at the modern bar. It’s in the same building as a dispensary so a little hard to find, but worth it. I think it is also the only place for drinks on that part of town.“

Also the books and the Bible at moderate prices and the word message boxes and also the suits, skirts, vests, precise shirts. “Not going to lie, as a kid who grew up in Ludlow, this is a place I would never have gone to. Now as an adult, we went to a party and weren't ready to go home, so stopped here for a drink. It was very clean, good prices and everyone was very friendly. We had a good time and would go back again.“
