“Best place for lunch in Westfield! The staff are all kind and efficient, and the building is very cozy inside. The corn chowder is AMAZING!!!! The prices are great too & portions are generous. Also great coffee! I’d recommend this place to everyone!!“
“Today was my first visit to the Westfield location as I'm closer to the West Springfield one. I picked up a chicken salad wrap and some Cucumber ranch (my favorite) pasta salad. The register/order taker was very pleasant and efficient. The only issue I had was that the chicken salad was slightly on the dryer side, and the woman even mentioned to me that that was the case (I appreciated the openness and honesty). I have never had an issue with anything I have ever purchased from there. The food is always fresh and out fairly quickly, depending of course on the time of the day. To be fair, they are super busy at lunchtime (West Springfield location). Their prices are fairly reasonable. Both locations have do seating areas.“
“Great ole school breakfast place! If you don’t wanna wait, you can go somewhere else. It’s very friendly and good atmosphere. Nothing fancy but just great vibes. Busy but seems like everyone knows everyone and been there for a while. I’m still a newbie to restaurant. But I enjoy how they run the restaurant. Price is very fair consider what it is these days. I love their specials every time I go. Happy belly and happy wallet! Thank you for what you do!!!“
“Food is great. I ordered for take out and I think the cafe space inside and out is adorable and cozy. Was surprised by the large portions of the foods. Will definitely be back for more!Vegetarian options: They have things like avocado toast and bakery items that may suit vegetarian needs. Yummy foods“
“Auntie Cathie’s is an absolute gem. A gluten free persons paradise, I have not had one thing that isn’t absolutely delicious. Gluten free food is usually horrible and bland but not here, they make everything with love and it’s outstanding. Such kind people every time I stop in, thank you for doing that you do!!“
“I was having a rough morning and Small Oven's hearty, rich, SCRUMPTIOUS vegetarian borscht, along with it's crusty, squishy buttered whole grain tender buttered bread companion, literally renewed my faith in the world. The staff Got It when I shared my feelings. What a wonderful place--and hopefully place to work, too.“

“I’m sorry, WHAT?! This is not only the best coffee in Western Massachusetts, but some of the best coffee I’ve had anywhere in the US (even after living in Seattle for five years). This is their only US location, but they are all over Europe and the Middle East, and they make coffee exactly the way you’d have it in Europe. Don’t let the outside appearance fool you. This is one in a million. Fantastic breakfast, too!“
“The bastida are delicious, almost all of them have been tried, they are worth it. Also the books and the Bible at moderate prices and the word message boxes and also the suits, skirts, vests, precise shirts. The personified mugs with what you want and scarves of all colors, Bible text agendas and bookmarks.“
“Went to try out Crave Cafe today and the town had lost power after we ordered. The staff were absolutely amazing with handling the situation. We were able to get a refund on the one thing they couldn’t make without power and they got us out the other food very quickly. I definitely recommend stopping and checking out this cute cafe! I’ll definitely be back to try their crepes next time!“
